Welcome to your awareness meditation.
This short meditation helps you cultivate your ability to invite peace and relaxation through the power of your imagination.
In this meditation,
I invite you to use visualization to connect with various elements of nature and connect with your whole being,
Your thoughts,
Emotions,
And habits.
To begin your meditation,
Arrive in a comfortable seated position.
Begin by taking a few relaxing breaths.
Breathing in peace and breathing out all stress.
Breathing in complete peace.
Breathing out all worries and releasing all concerns.
Now take this time to feel the ground underneath you.
Let your spine be tall and free.
Yours gently relaxed down the back with the palms of your hands facing upwards on your thighs.
Settle into a comfortable position so you feel at ease.
Now imagine the soil of earth underneath you.
Let the energy of the earth in through your body starting with the feet.
Breathe in the energy through your feet and up through your legs.
Allow the detoxifying nature to move through all parts of your body.
Your back,
Solar plex,
Chest,
Shoulders,
Arms.
Allow this energy of earth to flow all the way up through your spine towards the crown of your head.
Breathing in this energy,
Allow it to cleanse and purify your whole body.
Notice the sounds in the background.
Slowly listening and paying attention,
Becoming aware of your breath.
Becoming aware of your thoughts.
Becoming aware of the sensations on your skin.
Becoming aware of everything around you.
Becoming aware that you are meditating now.
Now envision meditating in a warm tropical forest as it starts to gently rain.
You feel the warm gentle rain on your skin washing away anything that no longer serves you.
You smell the musky moisture from the soil.
You hear the soothing rhythm of the rain.
Now let yourself meditate on the rain as the warm water flows through your whole body with complete ease from the top of your head to the center of your body and out through your feet.
The water is releasing any toxins or pockets of tension.
Revitalizing your whole body,
Your inner organs,
All the cells of your body,
Even your skin.
This rain feels warm and nourishing.
It's deeply calming and cleansing.
It's deeply relaxing,
Deeply grounding and healing.
Gently follow the warm flow of the rain with your awareness as it flows through your whole body from the crown of your head all the way through your body,
Your arms,
Legs,
Feet.
Let yourself gently sink into the earth,
Merging with the soil,
Letting go,
Releasing and breathing.
Your whole body is coming to a place of deep inner balance.
You are calm,
Clear and present.
Hold on to the stillness of your meditation.
Sink into the silence as you connect to your true nature.
A place of purity,
A place of wholeness and peace.
Now affirm to yourself,
I am one with nature.
I am one with nature.
I am one with nature.
