Grounding is more important today than ever. Feel calm, cantered and confident instantly. The modern age has far to much information flying around it, far more than our nervous systems can accommodate. It is vital that we all take time each day to ground our energy and allow this natural process to cleanse both our bodies and auras of that which we no longer need to carry. Much like brushing your teeth - grounding should be done daily

Hello and welcome.

First off take a deep breath in through the nose and just let it go out the mouth.

Breathing in deeply through the nose into the belly and maybe even this time just letting go with a gentle breathing in through the nose and letting go and you can choose to breathe like that and let that sigh out for the rest of the meditation if you wish.

So at the top of your head I just want you to imagine almost like a river running down rolling down through your head and over your face down your neck across your shoulders down through your chest and your core washing down into your hips and your thighs down into your knees down into your shins and your calves down into your ankles and just imagine that river flowing out and down the soles of your feet.

Just for a moment on your own just feel that sensation in your feet as if your feet are melting as if your feet are getting bigger than they actually are just imagine that river flowing down from the top of your head washing down and out your feet.

So so and still breathing in and breathing out the soles of your feet just imagining tiny hair like roots beginning to unfurl uncurl working their way through the floor deep down below working their way down into the earth and like roots of a tree each root sprouting a new one feel them go as wide as they do deep and just centre your awareness on that feeling of expanding downwards and feel your body's relief as that pressure leaves you on your own and your own imagination just imagine those roots going deeper deeper and deeper so You You You You And still breathing in and breathing out Still feeling the strength and stability of those roots downwards noticing the calm and the steadiness in your mind Wriggling your fingers and wriggling your toes gently Coming back in your own pace and opening your eyes whenever you're ready Take care,
