The full moon is a potent time for reflection,
Release,
And renewal.
It offers us a chance to let go of what no longer serves us,
To make space for new energy,
New beginnings,
And new intentions.
The moon,
In its fullness,
Is a mirror for us,
Illuminating everything in our inner world,
Whether it's joy,
Fear,
Or something we've been holding onto for far too long.

And as we move through this meditation together,
I invite you to explore what you're ready to release and what you're prepared to invite into your life.
So finding a comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down,
Softening the gaze or closing your eyes fully,
And start to bring your attention inward.
Feel the weight of your body as it connects with the ground beneath you.
There's no need to force anything.
Simply let your body soften and be supported by the earth.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and slowly exhale through your mouth,
Releasing any tension in your body.
Feel your shoulders drop,
Your jaw unclench.
Allow yourself to arrive fully in this moment.
Now bring your awareness to your breath.
Feel the cool air as it enters your nostrils,
Filling your lungs,
And the warmth as you exhale,
Letting go of anything heavy or unwanted.
Each breath is a cycle.
Inhale,
Receive.
Exhale,
Release.
Notice the natural rhythm of your breath and let it guide you deeper into stillness.
Inhale,
Feel your body expand.
Exhale,
Let everything soften.
With each breath,
You're creating space.
Space for release and space for renewal.
With each breath,
You're creating space.

Let's now gently scan the body from head to toe.
Start with the top of your head and slowly move your awareness down to your forehead,
Your eyes,
And your jaw.
With each exhalation,
Release any tightness or tension that you find.
Continue to move down to your neck,
Your shoulders,
Asking yourself,
Am I holding on to anything here?
And if you are,
Just simply letting it go.
Is there any heaviness?
Any emotional weights that you're carrying?
With your next exhale,
Visualize it softening,
Dissolving,
Being released from your breath.
As you continue to scan your body,
Notice how the full moon's light touches each part of you,
Illuminating what needs to be released.
Move down to your belly,
Your hips,
Your legs,
And feet.
With each inhale,
Bring light.
And with each exhale,
Release more and more tension.
Letting go of anything that you don't need.
Now imagine yourself standing under the full moon.
Its light is soft but bright,
Casting a glow around you.
Feel the power of this lunar energy,
Calm yet intense.
As you stand under the full moon,
Take a moment to reflect.
What are you holding on to that no longer serves you?
It could be a limiting belief,
A fear,
A past experience,
Or even a relationship,
Or whatever it may be.
Just bring it into your awareness.
With your next inhale,
Imagine the moon's light growing brighter,
Shining directly onto these thoughts or feelings.
And with your next exhale,
Allow them to be released,
Carried away by the moon's energy.
Let go of the things that weigh you down,
Just as the moon sheds light on the darkest parts of ourselves.
And feel this process.
Feel this release.
Each inhale,
You're letting go.
Imagine these things dissolving,
Becoming lighter,
Drifting away.
The full moon is here to help you release,
To let go of what no longer serves you,
And to cleanse your energy.
As you release,
Notice the space you've created within yourself.
This emptiness is not a void,
But an invitation.
It's an open canvas,
Ready to be filled with new intentions,
With new energy,
New beginnings.

Filling yourself with gratitude for the moon,
For this moment,
And for the journey you're on.
Gratitude for your ability to let go,
And for the courage it takes to welcome something new.
Let yourself sit in this space of gratitude and openness.
Feel the energy of the full moon surrounding you,
Supporting you.
Know that you can return to this space of release and renewal whenever you need it.
And whenever you're ready,
Begin to bring your awareness back to your body,
Coming back to the room you're in.
Wiggle your fingers and your toes,
Slowly awakening your body.
And just know that the work you've done here today,

Setting intentions,
Will carry with you in the days to come.
Take one final deep breath in,
And exhale slowly.
