This is a practice for everyone dealing with issues like today. Fear and anxiety halts many things in life. Let's work on ourselves and make life easier and better for everyday functioning. Love is the name of game. Let us spread love and be loved by ourselves and others.

Please close your eyes and relax.
We will be breathing normally.
You do not have to concentrate on the breathing.
However,
You have to concentrate on each part of the body.
So first,
We tighten up our toes.
Very hard,
The toes on your left foot.
Try to relax every muscle in your leg,
Just the toes.
Tight up and relax.
Now,
Tighten all the muscles in the foot,
Including toes.
Relax.
Right foot,
Toes,
Tight up,
Like you would like to make it fist,
And feel the tension there.
And relax.
Right foot,
Whole foot,
Tight up.
Pull your whole muscles and relax.
Now both legs,
Toes,
Feet and the shins.
Tight up,
Tight those muscles.
You are going to feel the heat in those muscles.
And relax.
Tight up again,
And relax.
And once more.
And relax.
Now,
Whole legs,
Including your thighs and buttocks.
Tight up now.
And hold it.
Tight buttocks,
Your thighs,
Shins,
Feet and toes.
Hold it and relax.
And again,
Tight up all and hold.
And relax.
And once more,
All of this tight and hold it.
And relax.
Now,
Start rocking your hips.
From the side,
Left,
Right.
Left,
Right.
Left,
Right.
Just gently,
To relaxing,
Rock them.
Stop.
And try to rock them forth and back.
Forward and back.
Forward and back.
Once more,
Forward and back.
Now,
You relax nicely.
So,
Tight your muscles in your abdomen and the belly.
Tighten them up.
All the rest,
Hold and relax.
Relax.
Tight your muscles in your chest area.
Hold tight.
You can breathe normally,
But hold tight.
And relax.
Now,
Hold muscles in your neck.
Your shoulders and the neck.
And relax.
Now,
Abdomen,
Tummy,
Chest area,
Shoulders and neck all together.
Tight up.
Relax your hands.
Relax legs and hips.
Just that part of the body.
And relax once more.
Tight up.
Hold it a bit longer.
And relax.
Now,
Make a fist in your hands.
But hands relax only the palms.
Make a fist and all the rest relax.
And relax.
Make a fist again with your forearms.
Tight up.
And relax.
And now,
Whole hands and arms all tight up.
And relax.
Now,
The most beautiful way of staying young,
To look young,
Is the secret of the ancients.
We tighten up all the muscles on the face.
Just tighten them up.
Hold them tight.
And relax.
Now,
As you know where you are,
You have a corner of the room on your left and corner of the room on your right.
Both of them up front.
Imagine that you see both of those corners in your mind and start bringing those two corners slowly towards each other so they will overlap.
And as you do this,
Tighten up your muscles on your face.
This is an exercise for staying young,
Looking young,
To have beautiful young radiant skin on the face.
And relax your face,
Relax your mind,
Focus on my voice and again bring those two corners together.
Bring them together.
Slowly getting together.
And as you achieve this,
Tighten up the muscles of your face.
Nobody sees you,
Nobody thinks that your face looks funny.
And relax.
And once more this exercise,
Bring those two corners together as one to overlap.
And when they overlap in your mind,
Tighten up the muscles of your face.
And relax.
Bring your whole attention to the top of your head,
To the seventh chakra.
On the seventh chakra,
There is a little feeling of itchiness.
Your whole attention is there.
And we are moving from here to a place of our childhood,
To the house where we were growing up.
We move back in time.
To some of you it's five years,
Some of them twenty or forty like for me.
Move back in your time,
Backwards,
To the childhood house.
Recall the happiest moment in childhood when you were on the beach.
That could be on the beach by the sea or by the lake or by the river.
Recall this.
As a child,
The earliest recollection,
Happy.
Recall the weather.
Recall how you're feeling.
Is it warm or is it chilly?
Is it windy?
Is it clear skies or is some clouds on?
I leave you for half a minute and recall the happy moments from that beach,
From that place.
If you've never been on the beach,
Recall any other happy moment.
You have half a minute to think of your past.
As you recall all,
Remember the happiness of your childhood.
Remember the happiness of yours so many years ago.
Remember the happiness right now.
Take your both hands and place them on the second chakra.
Second chakra is just below your belly button.
Put your both hands and think of this happiness and send with your hands the happiness to your second chakra,
To your inner child,
To the child which is there within your body.
Recall and hold and send the happiness to this child.
Feel in your heart how the happy moments amplifies.
Now we are moving with our memory to a time when you were speaking quite happily with someone who's gone,
Someone who went on the other side.
Recall that could be a man or a child,
A friend or family member,
That could be a woman,
Someone who you really,
Really like or love.
Recall the person and hold in your thoughts.
Hold for a little longer this person and you start shifting upwards.
You're moving higher and higher and you're travelling through folk so thick that you can't even see your arms.
You know that you're moving so very fast and you have in your mind that person from the past.
You carry on flying further and further through this white fog.
The fog has ended.
You come to the huge,
Huge gate.
The gate is open.
The gate is there,
Open for you.
You walk through this gate.
That person who you keep in your mind awaits you at the gate.
Beyond the gate he or she stands there.
I leave you for one minute,
One to one with this person.
Please tell this person how you feel at present,
What worries you and ask for help,
Support and everything else that you need.
You have one minute.
As you have spoken,
You have advices.
You receive love from that person.
Bit forward,
Bit goodbye.
Rest assured you're not alone.
You will be protected.
Your issues will be carried on someone else's shoulders.
They will help you.
You only need one thing.
Accept.
Whatever is happening,
Whatever will happen,
You need to accept and not to worry.
Say goodbye and let's come back.
You're flying back to earth through the foggy mist,
Closer and closer.
You're coming back to the childhood,
To the feeling in the childhood which you most probably don't remember.
The first feeling when your mother held you in her arms when she fed you.
You were just an infant.
Feel the feeling your body remembers.
Feel the love.
Hold that love.
Hold it and start evaluating.
It's not only the mother's love but it's your grandmother,
Great-grandmother and all lineage of ancestry which you suck with the milk of your mother.
You're not alone.
You're in the world,
Spiritual world where everything has a reason,
Where everything is done as it should be.
You only have to make the right choices,
Right decisions.
From today you are wiser,
You're more relaxed,
Your head is so much clearer,
So much stronger.
Let's come back to your place wherever you are.
Feel your body.
Feel your legs,
Your hands.
If you can,
Lie on the sides.
Doesn't matter if it's left or right,
Just lie on the side and pull your knees to your chest and hold the knees,
Hold the legs.
You are secure,
You are relaxed,
You are loved,
You are beautiful.
I love myself.
I am beautiful.
I deserve the best.
I graciously accept everything.
I manage my stress so well that I am blossoming.
Every moment in my life I get stronger and better.
I am love.
I am humble.
I am generous.
I am beautiful.
One,
Two,
Three and four,
Five,
Six.
When I finish counting,
You will relax in body,
You will open your eyes whenever you're ready.
Do not rush.
