And for meditation today,
We focus on having a clear intent.
Clear your mind of clutter and negativity.
As you take your seat,
Either sit cross-legged or sit on a chair.
Have your back straight.
Be still.
And focus on your breathing.
Keep it deep and regular.
Make a mental declaration in your intention,
In what you want to have happen.
Avoid fuzzy thinking and aspirations that you have,
Wish-washy aspirations.
Be bold and wrap your mind around the possibility of having the thing you want.
And feeling the thing that you want in real.
Having the sense that the thing you want is already given by the universe.
And then be expectant of that.
Be ready to receive.
Believe you deserve it and that the thing is already yours.
Visualize having it,
Having the thing you want.
Feel the emotions.
Feel the emotions associated with what you desire.
Resist any temptations and questions and concerns.
Let the universe rearrange itself to allow your desires to manifest.
Get rid of any concerns and questions.
Be in the feeling of having what you desire.
Feel and express the gratitude for the blessing that you already have,
The gift that you wanted.
And the universe has made it available to you.
And the power that makes all manifestations possible.
And then slowly open the eyes and continue being in that state,
The state of feeling ready,
The state of being expectant,
The state of believing that you deserve what you want.
