Hello,
Let's meditate.
Find a comfortable sitting position.
Be still and focus.
Calm yourself and clear your mind.
Concentrate on deep regular breathing.
In this exercise,
You consciously direct your attention to the generation of loving feelings and sending loving kindness to all beings.
It's the practice of sending direct Self-love and sharing that amazing love with others.
Bring to your mind someone who is very dear to you,
Someone who you can readily access loving feelings from.
You can feel the love and how this suffuses your heart with love in the sense of openness.
Now direct that loving feelings in these four ways.
You may choose to affirm or you may just send them the vibes.
May you be free from danger,
May you be safe.
May you have happiness,
May you have peace.
May you have physical wellbeing and health.
May you have ease of wellbeing,
May you be free from unnecessary struggles and pain.
And begin to shift the focus to yourself and direct the same feeling,
These same feelings towards yourself.
Let them wash over you and fill you.
May I be free from danger,
May I be safe.
May I have happiness,
May I have peace.
May I have physical wellbeing and health.
May I have ease of wellbeing,
May I be free from unnecessary struggle and pain.
Now move on to a difficult person.
This might be someone you are angry at,
Someone who has brought harm to you in the past,
Or someone you are in disagreement with.
We direct this same feeling towards them.
May you be free from danger,
May you be safe.
May you have happiness,
May you have peace.
May you have physical wellbeing and health.
May you have ease of wellbeing and may you be free from unnecessary struggle and pain.
And sit with the feelings that you are feeling right now.
Let be.
Let's notice that we can search affection,
We search affection through the universe,
Through other people.
The affection that we search for cannot be found anywhere,
It can only be found in ourselves.
It's moving through life in that state of feeling.
Simply begin to open the eyes.
Namaste.
Thank you so much.
