The greatest obstacle to achieving what we want and getting what we deserve is us. Time and again we talk ourselves out of it, sending out negative vibrations to the universe. This is an exercise to do if you find that your affirmations are not working and something seems to be blocking your ability to attract what you want.

Hello,

Welcome,

Let's meditate.

Step number one,

Find a comfortable sitting position.

Either sit on a chair or have your legs crossed.

Sitting bones grounded.

Your feet resting down on the ground.

Sit quietly and clear your mind.

Step number two,

Be still.

And then the third step,

Start concentrating on a focus point.

Concentrating on your breath.

When your mind is calm and unburdened,

Reveal your thoughts.

Review your thoughts for the past 24 hours.

Without judgment,

Just let them come and go.

Maybe begin to notice how many of the thoughts that you had in the past 24 hours were affirming,

How many of the thoughts were positive,

And also notice of these thoughts,

Notice the thoughts that were negative,

The thoughts that you had negative,

Self-talk,

You were doubtful of yourself.

And take a breath in and a breath out.

Another breath in and a breath out.

If the negative thoughts have been overweight by the positive,

We want to flip that equation,

We want the positive to be more than the negative.

We want to strengthen our positive thoughts by making them as specific as possible.

And sometimes we have doubts on ourselves,

But if we become specific,

We strengthen what we didn't believe in ourselves.

Breath in and breath out.

Bring your attention back to your breath.

You slowly begin to replace that negative self-talk that we tell ourselves.

Last breath,

Inhale,

Exhale.

Slowly open the eyes,

Palms to your heart center.
