Sit with your sitting bones rooted into the chair or the ab.
Along at the spine,
So you are sitting up straight and the crown of your head is pointing up towards the ceiling.
Relax the jaws,
Relax the arms and relax the belly.
Begin to deepen your inhalations and exhalations.
On an inhale,
Envision drawing the color red in through your nostrils.
And way down deep into the perineum.
Exhale and exhalation,
Exhale slowly,
Imagining any muddy color leaving the body.
Repeat this two more times and visioning the color red going through into the region of the perineum.
Inhale and exhale slowly.
On an inhale,
Envision drawing the color orange in through your nostrils and way down deep into your perineum.
On an exhale,
Exhale slowly imagining any muddy color leaving the body.
Repeat this two more times.
On an inhale,
Envision drawing the color yellow in through your nostrils and way deep down into your perineum.
On an exhale,
Exhale slowly imagining any muddy color leaving the body.
Repeat the same exercise two more times.
On an inhale,
Envision drawing in the color green through your nostrils and way down deep into your perineum.
On an exhale,
Exhale slowly imagining any muddy color leaving the body.
Repeat the same exercise two more times.
On an inhale,
Envision drawing the color blue in through your nostrils and way deep down into the perineum.
On an exhale,
Exhale slowly imagining any muddy color leaving the body.
Repeat the same exercise two more times.
On an inhale,
Envision drawing the color indigo in through your nostrils and way down into your perineum.
On an exhale,
Exhale slowly imagining any muddy color leaving the body.
Repeat the same exercise two more times.
On an inhale,
Envision drawing the color white,
Purple or gold in through your nostrils and way down deep into your perineum.
On the exhale,
Exhale slowly imagining any muddy color leaving the body.
Repeat the same exercise two more times.
On your final exhalation,
Come back to the normal breathing.
With normally noticing the effect of visualization of going through the chakras,
You come back to your normal breathing and slowly open the eyes.
