Find a place where you feel comfortable,
Without allowing yourself to become too relaxed.
Avoiding positions that cause you to become too rigid and keeping your legs and arms uncrossed.
Your body should be active and a participant in this process,
In this inward journey.
Paying special attention to your back,
Making sure it is straight,
Not too sense nor too rigid and gently closing your eyes.
First of all,
Stop doing what you are doing,
Just as if you have decided to plant yourself into the ground,
Like a tree with deep roots,
Stopping,
Grounding.
The idea is to move into a wider and more open space,
And at the same time,
Remaining rooted.
Feel free to use your breath as an anchor in order to remain focused in the present moment,
Using your breath with the movement that the breath produces in your body,
Or perhaps using your entire body,
The consciousness of your body as an anchor.
Allowing yourself to experience this journey by softly going inward,
Slowly redirecting your attention to all that is happening within,
So that all that is happening emerges,
Appears.
And on this path,
It is possible that certain topics begin to appear in the form of thoughts or in the form of emotions,
Perhaps unresolved situations,
Things that still need to be clarified.
Being able to observe something that happens without interfering is the basis of the earth of contemplation.
So just observe,
Observe yourself in an impartial manner,
Feeling your body,
Your body at rest,
Your body breathing.
Without taking sides or judging that which I perceive,
I only take notice,
And at the same time,
I allow it to happen while avoiding any type of intervention.
Observing,
Letting it happen,
And letting it go,
Seeing each exhalation as a great opportunity to let go.
And from this point of view,
Start to direct your attention towards that having to do with places,
Your favorite places.
Research in your memory or simply allow your memory to take you to a place that feels safe to you,
Like a refuge.
In a place where you feel happy,
Or perhaps it is a place where you felt happy when you were young,
A little girl or a little boy.
It is possible that different places will appear,
A field,
A room,
A house,
Your face.
Little by little,
Allow your attention to focus in on a space,
Whatever appears is fine,
Exploring this space,
Recognizing it as a safe space.
You feel comfortable here,
Imagining the different textures,
Colors and images of your surroundings,
Its boundaries and each and every detail,
And allowing for things just to happen,
Wherever comes up for you is fine,
Just as wherever will be and wherever has already passed is also fine.
Settling,
Settling into this space,
Breathing,
Filling your body,
Fully connecting with your self.
This space is within you,
Always available to you,
It is new.
All of the spaces are in you,
You can return there whenever you like.
Your refuge is within you,
In you,
In this inward journey,
Traveling inward,
Always inward.
And now,
Allowing your mind to flow freely,
Your attention flowing,
Free from any control,
At rest,
Perceiving how thoughts continue to pass by,
Circulating,
Allow them to pass.
Simply resting within your breath and within your body,
Or in that ample space which leaves your mind between thoughts.
Your body breathing and your consciousness at rest.
This space is within you.
This space is within you.
This space is within you.
This space is within you.
May we have peace,
May we have happiness and may our lives go well.
May we have peace,
May we have happiness and may our lives go well.
May we have peace,
May we have happiness and may our lives go well.
