Welcome.

Thank you for joining me.

I'm so glad you've taken this time for yourself.

For stillness.

For presence.

For grounding.

Please take a moment to pause.

To arrive.

The world out there can feel fast.

Chaotic,

Even.

But right now,

There's nothing you need to fix,

Solve,

Or strive toward.

This moment is just for you.

So,

Let's begin.

By simply feeling into your body.

If you're standing,

Gently root your feet into the ground.

If you're sitting or lying down,

Let yourself be held by the surface beneath you.

Notice how the Earth,

Without asking anything from you,

Supports you fully.

You are safe here.

You are supported here.

Now,

Let's soothe the nervous system with some simple breath work.

I'll explain first.

Inhale through your nose for a count of four.

Hold for two.

Exhale through your nose for six.

Hold for another two.

Before we do it all over again.

Let's begin.

Inhale two,

Three,

Four.

Hold two.

Exhale two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

Hold two.

Again.

In two,

Three,

Four.

Hold two.

Out two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

Hold two.

In two,

Three,

Five,

Six.

Hold two.

Continue to breathe deeply at your own precious pace now.

Allow the breath to feel natural,

Restorative,

Like a gentle wave.

Inhale peace.

Exhale tension.

Place one hand on your heart and the other on your belly.

Feel your own warmth pulsing softly beneath your palm.

Know this.

You are held.

You are safe.

You are supported.

Declare silently or aloud.

I am supported.

Again.

I am supported.

With each breath,

Sense the truth of those words deepen.

There's no need to rush.

No need to earn your worth.

Your existence is simply enough.

Imagine deep roots growing from the soles of your feet.

Reaching into the soil.

Anchoring you.

These roots connect you to the earth.

To wisdom.

To stillness.

To strength.

The energy of the earth rises to meet you.

Let it fill you.

Let it hold you.

You are connected to something timeless.

Something infinite.

Even when life feels overwhelming,

You are never truly separate.

You are part of the rhythm of life itself.

So,

Breathe in that safety.

Returning again and again to the calm within you.

Because you are held.

You are safe.

You are supported.

Right now.

Exactly as you are.

And when you feel called,

Slowly bring your awareness back to the room.

Wiggle your fingers.

Then your toes.

Soften your shoulders.

Soften your knees.

Take one final breath in through your nose.

And a long exhale through your mouth.

Carry this stillness with you.

This rooted peace.

This quiet knowing.

You can return to it anytime.

It's always here for you.

As always, you calming voice soothes my spirit. I finding so much easier to follow your meditation than many because I feel a deep sense of peace in your practices. Today especially I needed this peace as I awoke to chaos and not feeling well. This truly helped me in so many ways I needed today
