Hello and welcome to this meditation on love.
My name is Juana and I'm honored to guide you through this journey that will help attract more love into your life.
Please get started by finding yourself a comfortable position,
Seated or laying down,
Which allows for deep,
Easy breathing.
Slowly close your eyes and tune inwards.
Take a couple of deep breaths here,
Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth,
Nice and slowly.
We are now going to take some time to fully relax into our bodies.
I would like you to direct your attention to the very top of your head.
Imagine if you will warm sunlight steadily streaming into your head and slowly spilling down your body,
Starting at the top of your head and then making its way down your face and into your throat and neck,
Any discomfort just melting away and dissolving in the sunlight.
Relax even further as the sun dissolves away stress in your arms,
Hands and fingers as it soothes its way down your upper body into your shoulders,
Upper back and chest.
All tension falling away from your body as this light now transitions into your waist and then your legs,
Traveling down to your toes.
Feel this light nourish you as a warm sense of peace engulfs every last inch of your body.
Task in this feeling of absolute lightness.
Allow this feeling to remain with you as you now direct your focus into your breath.
Listen to it as you would a loved one.
Fall in love with how every breath dances in and out.
As you remain connected to the rhythm of your breath,
Ask yourself what do you love and who do you love?
There are many different forms of love,
Not just the people in your life but also places and things too,
From hobbies you enjoy doing to food you absolutely love eating,
So include as many as come to mind.
How does love feel in your body?
Where exactly is this feeling located?
Is it in your stomach or chest or maybe somewhere else?
How does this energy flow?
Allow yourself to melt in this feeling of love that you have created through the power of your focus.
Find this beautiful feeling within you so that it may flow outwards.
After all,
You must feel love on the inside before you can attract it on the outside.
With every inhale,
Breathe in love for yourself,
Fill yourself up with it,
And with every exhale,
Breathe out some of that love for others.
Send that love out into the universe.
As you breathe in love,
Repeat silently to yourself,
I am love.
As you breathe out,
Silently say I love.
Inhale,
I am love.
Exhale,
I love.
Continue circulating that love.
Love doesn't exist outside of you,
It exists within you.
Love for others begins with love for ourselves.
And your ability to create the feeling within you and then share it outwards.
The thing is,
You don't need to be in love with another human being in order to love and be loved,
You can even fall in love with the feeling of love.
You can always choose to focus yourself into love no matter what is going on around you,
As you have just shown yourself in this meditation.
And when you do that,
You have no choice but to attract that love right back to you in all sorts of forms.
Whether that be through family,
Friends,
Partners,
Lovers,
Colleagues,
Acquaintances,
Strangers,
Animals,
And even nature.
You see,
The world always mirrors back to you how you are feeling on the inside.
So give yourself permission to fall in love with everything and everyone around you.
Use any excuse to appreciate and see how that appreciation returns back to you tenfold.
It's now time to move out of our meditation.
So bring your awareness to the space around you.
Feel where your body meets the ground.
Bring slow,
Mindful movements back into your body and if you would like,
Give yourself a big loving hug as you open your eyes and welcome the world in.
