Hello,
My name is Juana and thank you for joining me on this meditation to tune into your higher self for guidance.
Start by finding yourself a comfortable position which allows for a straight spine and deep,
Easy breathing.
Take a few moments here to tune into your breath and the space within you.
With each focused breath,
Notice how your attention is directed to the here and now as opposed to all that noise in your head.
Notice how each inhale expands your chest and how each exhale contracts it.
Notice as the air enters and leaves your nostrils.
If your mind wanders off,
That's okay,
That's just what the mind does.
Just like your heart beats,
Your mind thinks,
So don't beat yourself up about it.
Instead,
Take your mental chatter as a cue that it's time to connect with your breath again.
I am now going to slowly count down from 10 to 1,
And in that time I want you to get as comfortable as you can.
Follow your intuition and listen to what your body needs so that you may get into a calm and relaxed physical state.
Here we go.

Breathing deeply throughout.

Soften into the ground below you.

Let go of any stress in your body.

Calm your mind.

Release any resistance within you.

Bask in this state of complete physical relaxation.
Imagine you are in a room completely filled with light and nothing else.
Feel the lightness of your being as a deep sense of peace engulfs every last bit of your body.
Focus on each inhale and exhale as if it's the most important thing in the world to you right now.
Feel into your beingness.
Allow it to nurture you.
Allow it to revitalize you.
There is nothing to do.
Nowhere to be.
Just stay in this space of nothingness.
Embrace this noble silence.
In this space of silence,
In this space where you can hear,
Ask your higher self,
What do I need to know in this very moment?
Don't overthink it.
Just receive it.
What do I need to know right now?
It can be as simple as you need to get in touch with this person,
Read this book,
Or clean your closet.
It can be as big as you need to leave this unhealthy situation,
Change careers,
Or move homes.
Allow whatever may come.
Take this moment to thank your higher self for the guidance it gave you.
The more you connect with this part of you,
The stronger the connection becomes,
The easier it becomes to hear.
From here,
I'm going to count down from 5 so we can transition back into the physical world.
Take whatever wisdom or insight you have gained back with you.
So 5,
Reconnect with your body.
4,
Feel grateful for your body.
3,
Reconnect with the space around you.
2,
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
And 1,
Flutter open your eyes.
