Hi there,
Welcome to your healing gentle breath work session.
This session will leave you feeling a sense of energy renewal as well as relaxation and quieting down the busy mind.
Before we get started,
Take a nice comfortable position.
You can sit or lie down.
Just make sure your spine is mostly straight.
You can go ahead and close down the eyes.
During this session we will be taking our breaths through the nasal passages.
If this is uncomfortable for you,
You can use the mouth.
For this session there is no special technique other than to relax,
Tune into the body and listen to my cues for inhales and exhales through the nose.
If you need to take a little break and ignore my cues for a moment,
Feel free to do so and just jump back in when you're ready.
Let's get started.
Breathing in through the nose,
Filling the lungs and belly.
Inhaling through the nose,
Emptying the lungs and belly.
Again inhale through the nose,
Inviting relaxation and peace.
Exhaling completely,
Releasing tension and stress.

As we wrap up I just want to remind you to take it easy for the next 5 to 10 minutes after our session ends.
Moving slowly for maximum integration.
Avoid your phone and all electronics for about 10 minutes.
Get some water and be extra patient with yourself.
