Please find yourself in any position where you feel comfortable.
Taking a moment to settle in here,
Adjusting clothing or hair,
Grabbing an extra blanket.
Just take a moment and when you feel ready you can close down your eyes and begin to bring your attention internally.
Observing your breath,
Just listening to your breath.
If it feels comfortable for you,
Slightly slowing down the breath.
Cueing to the body that it's safe to relax now.
And now asking the body to let go of any tension.
Feeling your eyebrows soften and your jaw relax and your neck lengthen and your shoulders fall.
Feeling the rest of your body becoming heavier on the surface that supports it.
Every single human on this earth has experienced the emotions of feeling guilty,
Feeling shameful,
Feeling as though you've caused a burden that will constantly weigh you down.
Acknowledging these emotions is a wonderful first step to releasing and healing.
So first,
Even if it's painful,
I want you to think about something,
An experience or an action or a memory that brings you the emotion of shame or guilt or regret.
It can be something that happened yesterday or something that happened 40 years ago.
The body remembers,
So go ahead and just bring this memory,
Maybe using a visual or words that represent this memory,
Bring it right up to the surface.
Just remembering that you're safe here.
Bringing this memory to the surface may cause some uncomfortable sensations.
Maybe you're feeling just overall poorly,
Feeling regret.
Maybe you're feeling it in your body somewhere,
Like in the pit of your stomach,
Or laying heavily on your chest or throat.
Or maybe these emotions are living somewhere else somewhere else in the body.
Let's take another moment to just observe,
See where the body's reaction to these emotions lies.
I am here to tell you,
As someone who channels the pure wisdom of spirit for your highest good,
That you are capable of reprocessing and letting go.
You are capable of unburdening yourself.
I want you to remember that light cannot exist without dark.
Listen to that again.
Light cannot exist without dark.
Every human has a journey to go on.
Every journey and timeline has intricate details,
And that includes mistakes and downfalls.
This lifetime is a curriculum for your soul to hopefully up-level and evolve.
Each and every time you seemingly make a mistake,
You cannot heal and grow without learning from these experiences.
So take this painful memory from the deep pit of shame,
Guilt,
Or regret,
And just for this moment,
Consider it part of your soul's curriculum in this lifetime.
Take a moment to think about that.
This seemingly very negative emotion,
Very negative memory,
Place it as a notch on your timeline that was placed there to assist in your evolution.
And now that you have considered this,
Have considered this,
Can you identify the lesson that the universe was trying to teach you or the wisdom that the universe was trying to instill in you?
And can you sit now with the possibility that this occurrence had to happen in order for you to move further along your timeline?
Really nice work there.
So now that we have already started the process of reframing and reprogramming these memories on a cellular level,
Let's do some energetic cleansing or spiritual up-leveling now.
Let's see if we can rid your energy of these heavy emotions.
Your only job for the next few minutes is to just listen with an open heart.
You can repeat these mantras back to yourself silently,
Out loud,
Or you can just listen and relax and allow these words to flow straight into your heart center.

Now take a nice big inhale through the nose.
Take a nice deep breath filling your belly with fresh new energy and through the mouth a big exhale letting go of all of those emotions that no longer serve you.
Again inhaling through the nose,
Belly rises,
New energy fills your body and completely emptying your lungs on the exhale letting go of all of the emotions holding you back.
This last deep breath take here on your own,
On your own time.
Go ahead and just taking a moment to feel gratitude for the healing that has just occurred.

On your own time bring your attention back to your physical body,
Feeling the surface that supports your physical body.
