Hi,
I'm so glad you're here.
I understand you're in an uncomfortable situation right now.
I want you to do a few things for me if you can.
With eyes open,
Can you take a look around the room you're in?
And can you notice how there are no immediate threats to your safety in this room?
Can you acknowledge that this room has the capacity to be a calming,
Healing room for you right now?
And that you are safe.
And your body and mind can release the panic when we show it how.
If you're experiencing uncomfortable physical sensations right now,
I want you to keep in mind that the body and mind are capable of turning on all kinds of physical alarms in our body when they feel threatened.
Your body is doing what it thinks it needs to do to keep you safe.
Giving you the alarms and adrenaline it thinks you'll require for a threat.
And we can have compassion for ourselves knowing that there is no threat and we are safe.
Can you take a moment to see your current situation from an outside perspective?
As the observer of your current situation,
Can you see how your body and mind are responding to a perceived threat?
Doing exactly what it was designed to do.
Thank you body.
Thank you mind.
We show you now that we are safe.
We show you now that we are ready to turn the alarms off right now.
We show you now that we are surrendering.
And we are observing.
We show you now that we are safe.
We show you now that we are safe.

Thank you mind.
Now I want you to feel the points of contact where you're sitting or laying down or standing.
Just feel the points of contact where the surface below you is meeting your body and supporting you.
Often when we feel panic our energy has become ungrounded and that's okay because we have the ability to learn to ground our own energy.
So if you haven't already and you feel safe to do so,
Close down your eyes.
I want you to bring your attention to your hips.
Feel how strong and stable your hips are.
Maybe reach down and give your hips a little touch,
A little squeeze,
Feeling how sturdy our hips are.
Relaxing the arms down now,
I want you to think of the base of your spine right at your tailbone.
I want you to envision your grounding stream of energy which stems from your tailbone and shoots beautiful red grounding energy all the way back down into the center of the earth where the innermost grounding vibrations are shooting back up to you through this energy stream,
Filling your hips and legs and feet with a deep red glowing energy,
Your connection to the center of the earth,
To Mother Earth and filling your hips and legs and feet with the deep hum of the vibration of Mother Earth.
Whether or not you can see your field as light in vibration,
It is still being passed to you.
Just ask now for Mother Earth to continue to ground your energy and she will listen.
Mother Earth holds you here.
Take a moment to soak in more of her healing red light and her deep humming vibrations filling your lower body,
Remembering that you are safe and you are supported.
I want you to take a moment to find a stream of self-compassion,
Thinking about how strong you are to persevere through the discomfort in search of healing and understanding and relief.
You came here knowing,
Whether consciously or subconsciously,
That you are capable of finding a source of calm within yourself.
You came here knowing that you have an inner wisdom capable of seeing you through.
You came here knowing that you are capable of self-healing.
And remember,
You are safe and you are welcome to come back here with me to this meditation and we will work through any panic that arises.
