Chi, Prana, Creator Source is harnessed through the breath. This meditaiton allows you to feel, focus, move, and grow this vital life force energy in the body. Best done lying down and requires you to place hands on various parts of the body, so make sure your arms are free to move. Great meditation to do first thing in the morning or just before bed. Transcript

This meditation will bring much needed chi to the body,

Life force energy,

Prana,

Creator substance.

It's a great meditation to do upon waking or last thing you do before you go to bed.

It's best done lying down,

So take a moment now to make yourself comfortable lying on whatever surface you choose to lie on and we will begin.

Let's begin with three cleansing breaths,

Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.

And as you begin to feel your body relaxing,

Begin to smile softly.

Smile into the face,

Letting the face release tension and relax.

As you smile,

You begin to switch on the pituitary gland.

Allow your face to be soft.

Now begin to take that smile down to your heart.

Feel love,

Joy,

And happiness in your heart.

As you continue to breathe and smile,

And then taking that smile down to your lower dantian,

The lower belly.

Slide your right hand to your navel and place your left hand on top of your right.

Imagine golden light coming from the universe around you into your hands and into your navel.

As you breathe in,

You breathe in the golden light into your navel and as you exhale,

You feel that golden light expanding,

Getting bigger and bigger with each breath.

Keep breathing this way,

Bringing in this golden creator substance light for a few more breaths.

Begin to feel the whole body breathing and the very subtle movements of the arms and the legs.

Feel a slight expansion and contraction in the whole body.

And when we can feel the breath in the whole body,

We know that the chi is being activated.

And we will begin our exercises where I will get you to place your hands in certain positions on your body.

Now slide your hands to your upper abdomen,

Right hand still on the upper abdomen,

Left hand on top of the right.

Continue to breathe this golden creator substance into your hands and feel how the body relaxes with each breath.

Keeping your hands on your abdomen,

Keep breathing in the golden creator substance,

The chi,

Into your abdomen until we hear the next bell.

Now slide your hands to your groins,

Taking your legs shoulder width apart.

And this time as you breathe,

You're breathing in and you're breathing out grey.

Breathing in and picturing the color grey leaving your body.

Continue for 7 to 21 more breaths or until you hear the bells.

Take your right hand now and slide it under your sacrum and place your left hand at the base of your skull.

Begin to feel these two areas breathing,

The sacrum and the skull.

And as you breathe,

Just imagine a golden stream of light traveling from the sacrum to the skull,

Sacrum to the skull.

Continuing to breathe deeply and feeling this stream of golden light,

Chi,

Prana,

Creator substance moving up the spine with each breath.

Continue for 7 to 21 breaths or until you hear the bells and we will move on.

Take your hands to your lower ribs and as you breathe,

Feel the diaphragm relaxed.

Feel how your ribs move and continue to bring in golden creator substance into this area,

Picturing a ball of light between your hands growing with each breath.

And with each breath,

You bring in more golden light into your lower ribs until the golden light expands and encompasses the entire lower rib cage area.

Continue until you hear the bells.

And now sliding your hands to your mid chest,

Crossing the arms,

Sliding your fingers under your armpits,

Allowing your thumbs just to rest where your shoulder meets your torso,

Lightly touching the lung point.

And you will continue to see and feel this golden light substance between your hands,

Growing bigger with each breath.

Continue for 7 to 21 breaths or until you hear the bells.

Slide your hands now to your upper ribs,

Placing your hands below your collarbones.

And as you keep breathing long,

Deep breaths,

Continue to see the golden light between your hands growing bigger and bigger with each breath until it encompasses your entire upper rib cage.

Feel how the breath expands the upper lungs.

Continue with this breathing and this visualizing and feeling of the golden light for 7 to 21 breaths or until you hear the bells.

And we will continue.

Now place your hands at the sides of your neck.

Arms are crossed so your right hand is on the left side and the left hand is on the right side.

Place your index finger just behind your earlobe.

Allow your hands to be softly resting on your neck and begin to feel the chi coming from the bottom of your feet to the top of your head,

Bottom of the feet to the top of the head.

Continue your long,

Deep breathing for 7 to 21 breaths or until you hear the bells.

Now uncross your arms and slide your hands up to your temples,

Resting the heel of the thumb at the temple so that the fingertips can touch the top of the head.

And as you cup your head this way,

Continue to breathe deeply.

Begin to see the golden light between your palms.

And as that golden light gets bigger and brighter,

You begin to see your brain light up.

Continue for 7 to 21 breaths.

And now just allow your hands to rest at your sides and feel the balance of the energy of your body.

Your body is not too cold,

Nor is it too hot.

Allow the attention and the prana to go where it needs to.

Now let's direct the chi from the soles of the feet to the head.

As you inhale,

Begin to feel the soles of the feet,

The chi rising from the soles of the feet.

Up to the head and you raise your hands up slowly,

Slowly up to your head.

Cover your face softly with your hands.

And as you exhale,

You exhale down the throat,

Down the chest,

Down to the groin,

Keeping that chi moving down to the feet.

And then when you're ready to inhale,

You bring that chi up the body again.

You slowly raise your hands as the chi rises to the head.

And as the chi gets to the top of the head,

You place your hands on your face.

And when you're ready to exhale,

You slide your hands down your face,

Bringing that chi down your neck,

Down your chest,

Down your belly to your groin,

All the way down to the feet.

And we'll do that two more times.

Your body is now full of much needed chi prana creator force energy.
