One of our deepest spiritual practices in our lifetime will be birthing our visions. Because in order to Birth, our consciousness must expand in order to hold the magnitude of our visions. We will explore how to surrender and listen to this natural expansion.
During this course you will:
~Learn the connection between the embodied knowing a woman has on how to birth a baby to the embodied knowing YOU have on how to birth your visions
~Understand the connection between our mother wounds and our unhealthy relationships to our visions
~Learn 6 steps on how to birth your visions
~Be guided through a few embodied practices which will aid you in deepening your relationship to your vision
~Be guided through an experience of birthing your vision
This is for you if you:
Have been showing up half heartedly in your vision
Feel overwhelmed by your vision
Are committed to not having another year where you regret not showing up fully
Have a difficult time being in your power
Desire a more sacred relationship with your vision
Gigi is a warm, deeply grounded, poetic speaker, coach, writer and yoga teacher.
Her calling is to create programs that guide women to relate differently to their bodies, visions and wounds they have carried or buried, in order for them to root into their own unique medicine for the world.
She believes when the women are well - the earth is well. And she is on a mission to water the sacred wellness in the lives of as many women as possible.
She Does this through her various rites of passages that she guides women on during different life stages the women might encounter. She can guide women to this level of depth only because she has gone there herself. Her personal journey gives her the ability to coach from a true embodied experience and this is felt and allows her to show up with deep compassion, vulnerability, love, non-judgment, integrity and wisdom to all those she meets. She can meet others with this because she has met herself there.
Some of Gigi’s experience includes: Leading workshops at Ra Ma Yoga institute, speaking at Mankato State University, US Bank, Comcast, and Northeast Middle School. She is also a former Huff Post contributor, best selling co-author and creator of the Embodied Ally Program, Birthing a Vision Course, and Sacred Mother Yoga.
Most of the programs Gigi creates are birthed through prayer and meditation.
So she bridges the intuitive insights she receives from prayer along with ancient spiritual teachings, embodiment practices and her lifelong devotion to the studies of spirit.
This results in an approach that is grounded, innovative, and poetic
This particular course was created when she was having " I am not worthy enough" moment as she was at the final stage of a launch. Her body told her to assume the position and to "Birth Her Vision". Many women began asking Gigi how did she birth her vision so she began teaches others the steps she used to connect more deeply with her vision.

How You Identify Yourself
The way we identify ourselves as the mother, father or holder of this vision will determine how we relate to it and how we parent it. If we feel burdened or unworthy of caring for this vision we will not show up as fully as we may like.

Surrender To The Natural Birthing Process
You don't teach your body how to birth a vision - it teaches you. You just have to listen to it. What message is your body trying to give you? We can have an agenda s to what our vision needs to do or be in order for us to feel worthy or OK but our vision is unique and powerful and all we need to do is listen.

The Body Stretch/Expansion That Happens Is Not Always Comfortable
Your body/energy/spirit expands to accommodate the vision and this does not always feel comfortable. We can shift the way we view our spiritual stretch marks. Instead of seeing them as something that is ugly or that needs to get removed we can honor them.

Connect With The Seed Of Your Vision
Nothing is without spirit and that includes your vision. We must ask the spirit of our vision to allow us to connect with it. When we create an intimate relationship with our vision we get to know it well and learn how to best show up for it.

Well Keepers
Who are your well keepers? Who are your village members who will keep you well so you can show up for your vision. You are not meant to do it alone - we need community to support us as vision holders.
