The first step is to ask the question, "What is Spirituality?" It is essential to understand the universal principles that govern our life. Like gravity, spiritual laws work, no matter what. As divine beings, our invitation is to explore spiritual beliefs to create the life we desire. Because consciousness creates form, we begin from conscious awareness to discover the many spiritual technologies available for growth and evolution.

What is a spiritual practice? Why is it important? How do you create one? These are the questions we will explore in today's lesson, unlocking the mysteries that may puzzle us. Together we will learn the tools for creating a unique and personal practice for our spiritual journey.

In lessons 1 and 2, we explored spiritual laws and practices. Today we begin to examine the power of meditation and how it can eliminate fear and calm the mind. From Yoga to Qigong, mindfulness balances our life. There are countless forms of meditation and finding the practice that resonates with you is a lifelong journey. During these are challenging times, meditation is essential. We must ask the question, "What practice is right for me?"

As we continue to move through this challenging time, life can feel overwhelming. We are experiencing enlightenment at turbo speed. Today's lesson reminds us to just breathe. If we are experiencing a dis-ease of any kind, the breath will allow us to pause and remember an unrealized answer.

Traditional prayer is the act of begging and beseeching a divine entity for a favor. Today's practice explores the 6-Step Spiritual Mind Treatment, aka Affirmative Prayer. We will take a journey into spiritual technology, exploring the six steps, creating a "feeling tone" for transforming our lives.

This question often gets asked: "What are affirmations and mantras, and are they the same?" Yes and no. Affirmations are motivational and mantras are sacred, but they are used similarly with the same intention. This lesson helps us to recognize and activate an ageless practice for transforming uncertainty into empowerment.

The Life Visioning Process, created by Michael Bernard Beckwith, is a spiritual technology designed to help catch a higher vision for our life. Today's practice is about consciously rising above the current state of affairs to create a paradigm shift. With five questions, we begin to catch a divine vision, creating a world that works for everyone.

One of our most significant challenges in recent times has been the COVID-19 pandemic, mandating a period of physical and social distancing. Our usual group activities have been abruptly interrupted, leaving a sense of separation and loneliness. One reason for the community is for individuals to gather, support, and uplift each other. Today's lesson explores the practice and the benefits of fellowship. Community builds unity and spiritual immunity.

We forget to take care of the body temple during life's rollercoaster. Our bodies are the temple of our spirit; therefore, physical movement is a spiritual practice. Today's lesson helps us activate wholeness during challenging times. Wellness, as a spiritual technology, can lift you when you are feeling down.

With so much negativity and low vibratory activity, we must learn the tools for elevating our energy. Joy and divine happiness are available at any time, and today's lesson helps us remember how to raise the frequency. Remembering what brings us enjoyment is essential for personal transformation.

Gratitude is the highest appreciation for our life, and its frequency is a conscious "infinite possibility" mindset. During these challenging times, gratitude is the game changer. If we want to transform our lives, we begin with gratitude. Today's practice focuses on how the C.A.R.E.S. philosophy of connection, action, remembering, empowerment, and self-love activates a practice of gratitude.
