Now that you've released your false self it's time to remember who you were created to be. Part 2/3 in a series. Great for releasing pain and embracing change. Ground, balance your response to stress, and release resistance. Accept where you are, release your inner victim, and remember who you were created to be. When we do this work, all of our relationships improve and we begin to also be as they were created to be. Intentionally quick. Instead of fighting the pace and listening with your mind, try going with it and listening from your heart. Meant to be repeated.

Authentically you remembering your true self.

Close your eyes,

Inhale deeply,

And exhale out all thoughts,

Worries,

And concerns for the day.

Become completely present in this moment,

Open to receive and willing to release.

Open sacred space inviting in the life force that connects us all to impart wisdom,

Light your path,

And fill you with love.

Allow for the establishment of a pure connection between yourself and source,

Free from ego,

And fully and willingly release anything that could interfere with the clear interpretation of the wisdom coming forth.

Come into your sacred heart,

That aspect where soul self meets physical self,

Knowing,

Understanding,

And having full faith that all you seek lies within.

Set the intention of this meditation to release all resistance to your true self,

And all need to hold on to any physical or emotional pain,

So that you may accept where you are,

Let go of the past,

And invite in joy.

Prepare to remember your true self while aligning with your life purpose.

Allow this to be done with ease and grace,

And for your highest good in a way that allows you to thrive within the physical world.

Radiate pure energy and love out from your heart as it is poured down into you from source and channeled up into you from the center of the earth.

Grow that energy and love outwards in all directions,

Feeling your entire physical being,

Your auric field,

And perfusing your intention.

Open to receive divine guidance and connect with your assistants for this meditation.

Begin to imagine or visualize radiant white light flowing throughout your arteries and veins,

Filling your heart and lungs,

The very air you breathe,

Allowing this light to cleanse and purify your thoughts and your blood,

And to fill your entire being with a sense of peace.

As this peace washes over you,

Begin consciously connecting with that part of you that has already released resistance and is willing to let go of any physical or emotional pain.

Connect with him or her through your third eye and through your heart,

Awakening his or her spirit more fully within your DNA so that you may merge deeper and deeper into oneness with him or her,

Initiating millions of new connections within your nervous system now.

Tap into the strong foundational support available to you from the earth by holding the intention to ground the earth's energy into you.

Imagine eight streams of white light coming into your heart from the heart of the earth.

Absorb this white light into your heart center and send it out to every cell of your being with each beat of your heart.

Expand this light with every breath to fill your physical body,

Grounding the earth's energy fully within.

Use this energy to help you be fully present in the physical world.

Honor your body and fill it with love and gratitude for all that it has done for you and vow to respect and care for it as it is the vessel through which your soul experiences life.

Allow the energetic presence of white roses to fill your awareness.

Breathe in the sweetness of their scent and feel the softness of their petals.

Begin to focus the roses around your adrenals.

Your adrenals are the small glands that sit just above your kidneys and just below your rib cage in your back body.

There they help regulate your body's response to stress.

Fill your adrenals with the white roses.

Begin sending their energy outwards in a figure eight pattern,

Connecting your adrenal glands together within the loops of the infinity symbol.

Allow the energy of the roses to flow in one direction to soften your response to stress.

You may even see a volume dial out in front of you that shows your current response to stress.

In your mind's eye,

Turn the volume down to somewhere between a two and a three.

The white roses flow in the opposite direction to increase your ability to be present in the moment with a clear mind and an open heart.

Let go of resistance.

Imagine yourself surrounded by one loop of a golden and silver infinity symbol.

Place everything you are resisting in the other loop.

Things like change,

The unknown,

Responsibility,

Falsity,

Or personal power.

Be as specific as you can and place all that you are resisting in the other loop.

Allow the golden and silver light to flow simultaneously in both directions around you and all that you are resisting within the infinity symbol.

Claim your freedom from resistance.

Resistance of where you are opens the door to where you desire to be.

Repeat after me.

I am where I am and that's okay.

I honor the source of life that flows through me and I open myself to love.

I release myself from judgment.

I use the key of surrender and I unlock the door.

Before you can pass through the door,

You must let go of certain things.

Visualize these things falling away from you as you repeat after me.

I release my inner victim so that I may be empowered.

I see the value in all that I have experienced and I am grateful for the opportunity to choose love.

I let go of any blame I have towards others.

I understand that I am the only one that can change my circumstances.

I release regret and I accept the choices I have made knowing that I did the best I could at the time.

I release sadness and I trust that there is purpose and value in all I have experienced.

I let go of expectation,

Choosing to live in the moment and allow my life to unfold with grace.

I let go of the past and I walk through the door that surrender has opened for me.

Acknowledgement of divine truth paves your forward path.

Repeat after me to affirm the following.

I move forward knowing that I am capable and prepared.

While much of what lies ahead is unknown,

I have faith that divine powers are collaborating for my highest good.

I know that I have a purpose and I am ready to be of service.

I move forward in love knowing that what I put into the world is mirrored back to me.

I trust myself to do what is right and I trust others to do the same.

I say yes to myself in a way that serves me,

My family,

My community and my world.

Or when I say yes to myself,

Everyone benefits.

I move forward allowing myself to be as I am.

I allow others to be as they are,

Knowing that just as there is a divine plan for me,

There also exists one for them.

I move forward unencumbered from the past and free to exceed my potential.

As this meditation comes to an end,

Begin turning your attention inward toward any void or space left behind from all that has been released today.

Fill the void with unconditional love for yourself,

Your choices and your path and gratitude for your teachers,

Your lessons and your opportunities to learn and grow.

Allow the joy of letting go to permeate your being.

Allow the vibration of those spaces to rise so high that nothing less than love could ever thrive there again.

Allow for full and complete integration of this new level of healing into your being on a cellular level in the now moment with ease and grace and in accordance with your highest good.

Offer up this new level of awareness to anyone in the world who would like to claim it for their own self.

Allow your awareness to come back into your body,

Back into the room.

Slowly and gently wiggle fingers and toes.

And when you are ready,

Open your eyes.

Another fabulous masterpiece. The imagery is spectacular. Thank you for your comments on my earlier feedback, Kate, and to answer your question: I really feel connected to God with these meditations. I feel the healing energy as I listen. I experience my eyes watering and yawning as indicators of energies shifting and being cleared. I feel uplifted, connected and healed. These meditations are true gifts and I thank you so much for your time and effort to bring them to us.
