In this practice, you will name four identities that are most central to who you are. I will then guide you through a process of imagining what it would be like to lose or let go of those identities, and then ultimately reintegrate each identity with gratitude, one by one. It may be helpful to use a sheet of paper at the beginning of this practice but you can also just engage with it in your mind. I hope you enjoy it!
