Sometimes it's difficult to find something to be grateful for. When times seem hopeless, we can turn to the breath, which gives without expectation. This meditation allows us to drink in the breath with gratitude for its life-giving properties. Once we cultivate gratitude for the breath, we exhale this giving spirit to others.
