We might experience some stuckness,
If that's a word,
And the Anahata chakra,
With the heart chakra,
Anahata actually means unhurt,
And the Anahata chakra is associated with bliss and compassion and forgiveness,
And sometimes when this is stuck we feel very guarded in terms of extending our compassion and kindness towards others.
So we'll be breathing in some energy into this chakra.
So first let's start in a comfortable position if you're not there already,
And let's just start with some deep breaths,
And the breath goes deep into the belly,
And then exhales,
Releases.
So deep breaths in through the nose if you're not congested,
And then your exhales can be through the mouth or through the nose.
So it's always good to start with the breath,
Deep in,
And then releasing.
So now let's start directing our energy,
And I always like to start with the energy center that's attributed to intuition,
And that's actually the focal,
The point is between your eyebrows,
And if you can still keep your deep breaths,
Focus the energy as if you're breathing in through this third eye,
And as the energy comes in it gets directed down into the center of your chest which is the anahata chakra,
The heart chakra,
And then it releases out through the point between your brows.
So you're still focusing on the deep breaths,
But the energy draws in through the third eye and goes down into your heart chakra,
The center of your chest,
Just below the sternum,
And then the heart releases the energy through this third eye.
So inhale through the third eye,
And let the anahata chakra expand,
And then releases through the third eye.
So we inhale in through the third eye,
Goes down into your heart,
And then exhale,
And so with this next inhale see if you can focus on the idea of compassion,
And let it enter into your heart chakra,
Expand,
And then as you breathe out you're breathing out compassion through the third eye.
And then let's work with clarity,
So focus on the concept of clarity,
Breathing in through the third eye,
Expanding into your heart chakra,
Expand,
And then breathing out clarity.
Now let's work with harmony,
Breathing in harmony,
Let it expand in your heart,
Let's exhale harmony.
Now peace,
Peace comes in through the third eye,
It expands into your heart,
And then exhale peace.
Now inhale love,
Let love expand in your chest,
Your heart,
Exhale love,
Inhale,
Forgiveness.
Let it sink,
Expand into your chest.
And exhale,
Forgiveness.
Inhale,
Clarity.
Exhale,
Clarity.
So whatever concept resonates with you,
Forgiveness,
Kindness,
Compassion,
Unity,
Purity,
Clarity,
Empathy,
Understanding,
Love,
Harmony,
Peace,
Bliss.
Whatever those qualities of the anahata chakra resonate with you,
If you can breathe in those qualities and expand in your chest.
Inhale,
See if you can expand the heart chakra,
All those qualities.
See if you can extend them all through your body.
Love,
Harmony,
Peace,
Compassion,
Forgiveness,
Unity.
Inhale,
Allow them to expand all over.
Inhale,
And exhale.
Breathe out these qualities.
You can take these qualities of the heart chakra,
The anahata chakra,
And any moment you can consider breathing in and allowing the heart chakra to energize.
And then see if your words,
Your thoughts,
And your action reflect those qualities of the heart chakra.
