Tree Heart Activation Meditation

Make yourself comfortable for meditation.

Sitting with your feet flat on the floor or lying down comfortably.

Begin bringing your awareness and your focus to your breath.

Allowing the breath to begin to deepen and soften.

Expanding the breath in whatever way is comfortable to you.

As you continue breathing,

Imagining and feeling as best you can your entire body breathing with you.

Every cell opening to receive life force and release old energy.

As your body is breathing,

Allow your body to begin to relax.

With your intention and your focus,

Allow your legs and your feet to relax.

Muscles gently softening.

The energy pathways gently opening.

Each breath you allow yourself to surrender and open and relax more and more.

As your legs relax,

You allow your abdomen to relax.

Expanding your chest and your stomach and your back with each breath and breathing out the tension,

Stress,

Anxiety.

Feeling the back softening and relaxing as best as you can.

The spine and the nervous system gently letting go with your intention and your breath.

Allowing your arms and your hands and fingers to relax.

Each breath they soften and they let go.

And then finally allowing the neck and the head to relax.

The jaw softening,

The eyes softening,

The tongue softening.

Your head gently melting down,

Relaxing.

With another deep breath you feel your entire body beginning to soften and deeply relax.

This is allowing your system to calm and your energy pathways to begin to open.

And now with your imagination,

Your visualization or simply your intention,

Or intend as best you can.

Beautiful roots like a tree extending out of your tailbone and out of your legs and feet.

Energetic roots flowing down through the floor,

Down into the soil,

Down deep and deeper into the earth,

Rooting yourself in like a tree.

Allowing your body to energetically connect with the sustenance,

The vitality,

And the life force of the planet.

Roots wrapping,

Struggling around stones,

Anchoring and rooting you powerfully into the earth.

And the earth welcomes you,

Embraces you to connect.

We ask the earth and the stones and the crystals and the energetic dimensions of the earth itself to begin to provide to you what your body needs to support you in your own evolution,

Growth,

Happiness,

Joy,

And expression of the divinity within you.

We ask the realms of Gaia to provide this energy link and connection up into your body temple,
