Welcome and thank you for joining me on this light language healing activation.
Get yourself into a comfortable position,
Either sitting or laying down,
Making sure you won't be disturbed during this meditation and making sure your body is as comfortable as possible.
Begin taking deep,
Slow,
Rhythmic breaths,
Exploring the full capacity of your lungs,
Breathing deeply and fully all the way down to your belly,
Feeling your belly and your chest and rib cage expanding and contracting deeply,
Comfortably,
Breathing out any tension or stress from the day,
Each breath allowing the body to begin to soften and relax,
Opening and receiving the breath and imagining the breath even expanding down into your limbs,
All the way down to your feet,
All the way through your arms and down your hands,
Up into the top of your head,
As if your entire body was breathing as best as you can.
As those deep breaths continue,
Setting the intention that the body begins to relax each and every muscle softens and gently begins to melt,
Beginning with your legs and your feet,
Letting those muscles gently melt away with each breath.
Just as you can make the muscles move,
You can also make them relax with your intention,
The muscles soften and open in your legs,
Breathing more and more deeply,
The chest,
The stomach and the back relax,
The spine letting go.
If you're sitting,
The spine is still strong,
But also gently relaxed simultaneously,
The shoulders letting go with each breath,
The arms and hands opening,
Softening,
Each finger letting go and opening,
Each breath allows the body to melt more and more,
Allowing the neck to relax,
Breathing into the neck,
Stretching the neck if you need to and allowing the neck to come to a comfortable,
Supportive position.
Now allowing the head to relax,
The jaw softening and opening,
The tongue softening and relaxing,
The eyes gently relaxing with each breath.
Waves of relaxation rolling through your body,
Each muscle can just finally let go and open,
Your nervous system begins to calm,
Ground,
Your digestive system opening,
Softening and relaxing.
Each breath carries away the tension,
Each breath carries away the fears and the concerns,
Each breath lets go of outside circumstances and each breath just allows you to be right here,
Right now to receive this blessing.
This is your opportunity,
This is your space,
This is your time to simply receive the light,
The energy,
The truth,
The magic,
The essence that you truly are.
As I begin with the light language,
Simply allow yourself to receive it as if you were listening to a beautiful concert or sounds of nature,
Just allow your body,
Your being to receive it,
You may feel energy moving or other sensations in your body,
Simply observe,
Allow and continue to breathe deeply and comfortably.
