On this beautiful day,

We take in a deep breath as we connect with our power,

With our heart,

With our spirit.

And as we breathe,

Our spirit rises to meet the sun,

To meet the new day,

To meet ourselves and the world.

We open ourselves to receive the truth of our being,

The light of our being,

And the gifts of our beingness.

As we breathe,

We express those gifts,

We express that light,

We express that love into the world with the focus and the intention and the connection to our original essence,

Purpose,

Direction,

And the song of our soul.

We hold ourselves,

We stabilize ourselves in this sweet,

Beautiful,

Radiant,

Majestic essence that we are.

For there is nothing else but this truth.

And we surrender ourselves into this truth,

Surrender our mind,

Our thoughts,

Our actions,

Our words,

Our creations today into this love within the depths of our heart,

Allowing the heart to express its connectivity to the world.

As we feel our heart magnetized to us,

The connections,

The resources,

The people,

The places,

The opportunities,

The experiences that we need for the continual expansion of success,

The continual expansion of growth,

The continual expansion of joy,

The continual expansion of life,

The continual expansion of beauty in every way,

All around us.

We ground deeply connecting with the earth,

With the natural rhythms of the planet,

To stabilize,

Energize,

And sustain our being here and now.

I am grateful for this beautiful,

Sacred planet holding us,

Guiding us,

And letting us journey upon it.

As the earth welcomes us,

To receive us,

To receive our eternal spirits into physical form,

Into these beautiful body temples.

We hold gratitude and appreciation for these sacred body temples that we have.

We honor our body temples and take care of them and nurture them as we take care and nurture our beingness.

And with a deep breath,

We let our spirits,

Our consciousness,

Our soul,

Our majesty settle into our body to integrate,

Connect with every cell from the top of our head all the way to our toes.

Each breath drawing in more of a radiant light essence into these sacred body temples.

And imagine and feel this light pulsing,

Radiating,

Shining out from your body,

Out to the world around you,

Like a brilliant star sun,

Radiating life upon all that it touches.

And breathe this into your heart,

Breathe this into your belly,

Breathe this into your root,

Breathe this into your legs,

Breathe this into your feet,

Breathe this deep down to the heart of the earth.

You are here,

Present,

Full,

Whole,

Complete,

Unified,

Activated,

Connected,

Radiant and full of magic.
