I find prayer difficult or at least the words do not come easy so I think you for guiding me through this as I head into a difficult day I was able to take a deep breath and take in the spiritual aspect of this prayer. is my desire to feel that connection, and you did just that I was able to breathe deep less than a bit of my anxiety, and head into this very difficult day.
