Welcome to the morning business activation and expansion meditation.
Get yourself into a comfortable position.
You might even do this at your workspace,
Your creation station.
And begin to allow your breath to expand,
Deepen,
And soften.
Breathing deeply and fully.
Allowing the entire body to begin to receive this breath.
Envisioning and intending that every cell in your body opens to receive breath,
Receive life force,
Receive the energy of this meditation.
Feel your feet rooting down,
Connecting down into the earth.
Connecting you with the energy and the life force of the earth.
Then imagine or intend the energies of the sun or the energies of heaven or energies of inspiration,
Energies of the creative universal intelligence flowing down into the top of your head.
Pouring down through you as the earth energy rises up into you.
And these two energies merge and come alive inside of you,
Activating and opening the body.
Helping you to ground,
Solidify,
And express your creative passion,
Your vision,
Your dreams,
And your goals.
With another deep breath,
Imagine these two energies now merging together,
Expanding out around you.
Filling up your workspace,
Your creative station,
The area around you.
Being filled with this energy,
Your heart like a fountain,
Pouring this energy out around you in all directions.
And as this energy continues to flow,
You might ask yourself these questions.
What is my vision for today?
How can I create more love,
Joy,
Prosperity,
Expansion,
And upliftment in myself and all those I interact with today?
What beautiful opportunities await me today?
And you may or may not yet receive answers,
And that's okay.
You're putting those questions into your consciousness and into the energy that you're generating out around you.
Now imagine all this beautiful energy continuing to pour out of you and reaching out to be offered to anyone that you might interact with today.

Thus what you generate is what you receive back onto you.
More abundance,
