Face meditation.

Simply closing the eyes.

Noticing the feeling tone within the face,

Around the eyes,

Nose,

Mouth,

The whole face.

And allow it to be just as it is.

Taking note as we start.

The feeling tone.

We also move this awareness to the ears and the entire scalp.

Now coming into the neck and the shoulders.

Softening.

Come to the lips.

Allow them to be just as they are.

Softening the entire fascia.

Underneath the skin on the face.

Allow the jaw to slightly part if it needs to.

Giving permission for all the muscles,

All the movements to unwind.

Giving total permission for an unwinding to happen.

In the face.

Underneath the skin.

Around the eyes.

The eyes themselves may move around.

Allow them.

Allow them to have their dance and notice how it changes.

The rhythm may move from a tighter,

Quicker movement to a slower unwinding and possibly stillness.

Let them be.

As you move down into the lips and the jaw,

Allow the movements.

Tiny micro-movements to happen naturally.

Everything goes soft,

Calm,

Relaxed,

Smooth.

Taking a rest from the outside world and simply resting behind one's own face.

Softening.

Rest.
