Orienting to the place that's resting on the surface beneath you.
The sense of grounding and allowing gravity's weight to pull you towards the earth.
Looking towards the place in the body that feels the most comfortable.
Bringing our attention and our awareness to this place that feels really comfortable in the body right now.
And allowing that to spread.
Taking the time to slow down and allow this place in the body that feels the most at rest and the most at home be acknowledged and present.
Maybe it's a specific place or maybe it's a general sense of well-being throughout the entire body.
A general sense of okayness.
Simply resting here for a moment and saying yes.
Acknowledging this okayness and sense of coherence present here and now.
And saying thank you to everything that's working within the space of the body.
This warmth,
This life force,
This coherence.
