It has two sections and is intended to support the listener to drop down and into more embodiment while bringing the experience of an overall general felt sense of health and frequency of well-being. This is a simple, clear, somatic instruction with no music in the background just my voice.

Transcript

Raising the frequency.

This is a meditation for health and well-being.

Prepare oneself in your space,

Sitting up or lying down,

For frequency elevation.

Find your comfortable receptive meditation position for now,

For this practice.

Settle a bit and ground through the contact with the surface underneath you.

Allow the body to become just a little bit heavier,

Feeling the weight and gravity of the body as it rests down into the earth.

Feeling the support of the earth,

Resting,

Softening,

Bringing attention to the emotional body.

What is the prominent emotion emerging in this moment?

And bringing attention to the thought stream coming through,

Tracking,

Noticing the general thought stream coming through.

Orienting to the sounds around you,

360 degrees around you,

To the sides and behind you.

Let the head turn to the right,

Roll slightly to the right.

Head comes back through center and rolls to the left.

Bringing the head back to center and pause,

Noticing the breath,

Just as it is.

Now,

Allowing the eyes to flutter open and look up.

Keep them looking up towards the third eye and beyond.

And slowly close the eyes,

Moving the eyes back,

Down,

And inward.

Rest.

One more time,

The eyes open and roll up towards the eyebrow center and beyond.

Allowing the eyes to blink if there's the impulse to do so.

And eyes roll back down and close,

Bowing the head ever so slightly,

A slight movement of the chin downward towards the chest,

Elongating the back of the neck just a little bit.

Settling down and back into the spine.

So leaning back and elongating the back of the neck just a little bit.

Letting the chin roll down a little bit more towards the chest,

Opening and stretching the back of the neck.

And then coming back,

Bringing the head up and notice the breath.

Come to the front side of the body,

Tracking the whole front side of the body from the face,

Down through the neck,

Chest,

Soft belly,

Tops of legs,

Shins,

And the tops of the feet and toes.

Front side of body,

Whole front side of body,

Back side of body,

Back of the head,

The shoulder blades,

The wings of the body,

All the way down the spine to the lower back.

Feeling from the inside,

The backs of the legs,

Calves,

Heels,

And soles of feet.

The entire back side of the body.

Let that be.

Front side,

Back side.

Tracking the inside,

What are the general sensations in the body now?

Just as they are.

Right side of body,

Right side of the face,

Right side of the neck,

Right shoulder,

Right arm,

Streaming down into right torso,

Right hip,

Outer right leg,

All the way down to the right ankle,

All right foot.

Right side of body,

Left side of body,

Left face,

Left side of head,

Left shoulder,

Left arm streaming down to left torso,

Left hip,

Left leg,

All the way down to the left ankle,

Whole left foot,

Left side of body,

Right side of body,

Left side of body,

Right side,

Left side,

Traveling around,

Orienting clockwise,

Right side,

Back side,

Left side,

Front side of body,

Reverse the direction,

Left side of body,

Back side,

Right side,

Front side of body,

Front of body,

Tracking the breath,

Grounding through the entire body,

Just as it is right now,

Bringing your awareness into the spine,

Sensing through your spine,

The center column,

Straight down,

Anchoring to the surface beneath you,

Anchoring into the earth,

Anchoring this center column into the center of the earth,

The earth body,

And notice allowing any sensations,

Sensations,

Images,

Emotions,

To be as they are,

Coming and going,

Visitors,

Informing,

Inspiring,

Beginning to notice the nuanced difference between when you first started the practice and now,

Grounding in the body,

As we start to focus on frequency,

Frequency,

First focusing on what feels the most stable and comfortable in the body right now,

As you track maybe there's a few areas that feel a general coherence,

Vibrating at a general okayness,

A goodness,

Let that be,

As we start to generate and raise the vibration of the space within the body,

Allowing this to radiate out to the surface of the body and into the field around the body,

And into the coherent field of everything that is,

Noticing the field of coherence within the space of the body,

Calling in high frequency goodness,

Loving kindness and compassion.

I will speak some sentences,

So soaking it in as I am,

I am raising my vibration,

Molecules are dancing within my right arm,

All the right fingers on the right hand,

The whole right arm up into the shoulder and the neck,

Vibrating up into the right face and head,

Bringing my inhalation into right torso,

And belly,

Allowing the breath to flow into the heart and chest,

Feeling the whole right side,

Vibrant,

Breathing vibrancy into the left arm,

Down into left fingers and hand,

Feeling the life force vibration of health into the left arm and up into the shoulder,

The neck,

Breathing into the left side of the face and head,

Vibrancy into the torso and belly,

Meeting this life force as you breathe into the heart,

The whole left side,

The whole upper body dancing in the frequency and vibration of health and vitality,

Soaking this in,

Now coming to where the upper body meets the lower body,

The lower half also begins to fill with this vibration of healing and love,

Permeating down into the pelvis,

Into the legs,

The upper legs,

Right upper leg and thigh,

To the right knee,

Right lower leg,

Filling with this high vibration,

Down into right foot,

Whole right side of body connected and healthy,

Coming down through left side,

Filling through left pelvis,

Left upper leg,

Down into left knee,

Left lower leg,

Into left foot,

The whole left side of body,

Bringing attention to the entire body,

Inside the spaciousness of the vibrant body now,

Breathing it in,

Letting the inhalation be slow and gentle,

An expansion into the inner form and shape of the body from the inside,

A full body breath,

And exhalation through the nose,

Inhalation through the nose from the belly up into the chest,

The rib basket expanding,

And this oxygen moves into the arms and legs,

The hands and the feet,

Gentle exhalation,

Letting go,

Continuous body breathing as the breath and prana comes in and moves up and into the neck and head,

And naturally the exhalations come,

Finding a gentle rhythm,

An ebb and flow,

A gentle exploration of this nourishing body breath,

At your own rhythm,

In your own timing,

And coming back to resuming normal,

Ordinary breath,

In this state of nourishing and elevating your frequency,

Saying thank you,

Thank you for this magnificent vessel,

Thank you for this capacity to raise one's inner frequency,

To a greater state of harmony and health,

Vitality and safety within the space of one's own body,

Mind,

And emotions,

Remembering it is possible and am raising my frequency.
