Let's start settling in to the moment to where you are right now.
Taking these first few breaths to just be.
Just recognize your breathing.
Feel it,
Sense it,
Hear it.
Just saying to yourself,
I am here.
I am here.
And knowing this is exactly where you are meant to be.
This is the exact space you are meant to be in.
And then thanking yourself for giving yourself this gift of time and space.
Really deepening that connection with your breath now.
Getting a little bit deeper,
A little bit deeper of an inhale.
Really blowing that air out.
Slowing down the body,
Slowing down the mind.
Taking a moment to just maybe readjust your position.
Raising your shoulders up as you breathe in and as you exhale,
Dropping your shoulders down your back.
Really settling in to this beautiful space that you are giving yourself.
Having this space here just for you.
And recognizing that where you are right now,
In your life,
In this moment,
Is exactly where you are meant to be.
Honoring the experiences you are having.
Accepting the experiences you are having.
And using them as lessons.
An experience is simply a lesson to learn from.
And we only give it meaning good,
Bad.
We give those experiences those meanings.
But they are just that,
Experiences.
And if we enjoy them,
You want more of them.
And find the experiences that bring you joy and create more of that.
The ones that don't give you joy,
Don't beat yourself up over.
Use them as experiences to learn from.
To thank those experiences for what they've taught you,
What they showed you,
What they brought into your life.
So that you could know what you did or didn't want in your life.
And say thank you to that experience because it taught you what you didn't want.
But to not ignore it,
But to honor it.
And honor wherever it is that you are in this space.
Because it is always exactly where you're meant to be.
And maybe you haven't reached your final destination.
Your dream,
Your goal hasn't come true.
It doesn't mean that it's not still on its way to you.
And when you honor where you are right now,
You're honoring that dream,
That goal,
That wish.
And you're saying I'm ready and I'm here when the time is right.
And until then just honor every experience and every emotion.
And just sit.
Sit with those experiences,
Sit with those emotions.
And know that it's okay to feel however you are feeling.
Your emotions are yours.
And if you feel them,
They are real.
And when you honor them,
You can move through them.
So honoring your breath in this moment.
Honoring your heart in this moment.
Honoring the space that you are in.
And being here present in this moment.
Knowing that if you ever find you've left the present moment,
Which we do often,
Thinking about the future,
Thinking about the past,
Come right back here to the present moment and connect.
Connect with your breath,
Connect with the people or space around you.
And honor yourself.
Honor where you are.
And know that it's exactly where you're meant to be.
Take another big deep breath in.
And slowly exhale out.
Releasing all of the air in your body.
Another deep breath in.
Slowly exhale all the air out.
And when you are ready to blink your eyes open,
Bring some movement back to your body.
And find something in the room that you can focus on.
An object,
A space.
And just notice it.
Notice that object with a different perspective.
The colors,
The feel,
The memories.
And bring yourself back to the present moment.
Knowing that this moment is always here for you.
