Get yourselves comfortable.
Make sure you are in a environment where you will be least distracted.
And just notice your surroundings.
Just calm down.
Let go.
And when you are ready,
You can close your eyes.
And in the moment that you close your eyes,
Notice whatever other sensations you pick up on.
Maybe you can smell something.
Or you become aware of other sensations on the skin.
Whatever it is,
Just allow it to attract your attention for a moment.
And now allow these sensations to move to the back of your mind.
And notice the breath as it moves in and out of the body.
Notice if the in breath is shorter than the out breath.
And in a moment I'm going to invite you to count your breath.
Count the in breath and whatever count it comes to,
Double it on the out breath.
So in other words,
If you breathe in for three counts,
Exhale for six counts.
Or if it's four on the in breath,
Then exhale for eight counts.
Do that now.
And allow the breath now to return to its own natural rhythm.
And you may notice that the breath has slowed down along with the heartbeat,
Allowing you to relax and feel calm,
Rested.
So just pay attention to the breath for another few moments.
Becoming aware of the centre of the chest.
Noticing the vagus nerve.
Maybe there's a sensation of warmth running through the centre of the chest along the vagus nerve.
Or maybe you can feel your heartbeat.
Or maybe you can even hear the heartbeat.
However you experience this,
Just breathe into this experience in the centre of the chest.
And you may notice that the breath has slowed down along with the heartbeat.
And you may notice that the breath has slowed down along with the heartbeat.
And as you breathe here,
You feel the sensation or this experience in the centre of the chest becoming stronger.
Almost like blowing up a balloon.
Growing it bigger and bigger.
Imagining that this vagus nerve is pulsating throughout your entire being.
And in a moment,
You're going to step forward onto a vast beach.
A huge,
Vast beach with the most exquisite weather,
Beautiful blue skies.
And hiding under a palm tree in the shade,
Sitting and watching the waves move in.
Gentle waves crashing on the shore.
Feeling safe and secluded on this beach.
And a tiny sunbeam reaches down and touches your foot.
And plays across the bridge of your foot.
Dancing to and fro.
To and fro.
Across your foot.
And you can feel the warmth of the sun.
And you move your other foot closer so that the sunbeam dances across the bridge of both feet.
And you can feel the warmth dancing across both feet.
See the bright sunshine as it touches the bridge of your foot.
Feeling the sunshine.
And this playful beam of sun moves up your legs,
Dancing and flitting over your legs,
Over your knees.
Bringing a gentle warmth wherever it touches.
All the while you hear the sound of the waves breaking on the shore.
And you see the sunbeam dancing across your legs.
Up over your upper legs,
Upper thighs,
Dancing on your belly.
All hearing the gentle crashing of the waves.
The soft and gentle warmth of the sun ray dancing on your belly.
And it moves up your chest,
Dancing across your chest.
And you hear warm waters breaking on the shore.
And you can just see the sunbeam dancing across your chest and moving up your throat.
And you can feel it.
And you can see its reflection while you hear the waves crashing on the shore.
And the ray of sun moves up your face,
Dancing across your face.
Touching lightly on the skin while you listen to the waters breaking on the shore.
Feeling the cool sunbeam dancing across your face.
Up to the top of your scalp while the warm waters break on the shore.
And you can almost see the sunbeam reaching into your cranium.
Dancing inside your head.
Bringing illumination.
And moving down the spine on the inside.
Moving the light down your feet and out the soles of the feet.
A shaft of light moving right through your whole body.
Making you feel centered and aligned and in perfect health,
Harmony and at peace.
And you get up from the spot on the beach and you walk towards the water.
And you feel a gentle breeze.
Maybe you notice the leaves of the palm trees blowing in this gentle breeze.
Or you can hear the sound of it rustling through the leaves.
And you step into the warm ocean,
Feeling the waves crash against your legs.
The water is a comfortable temperature and the salt in the water breaks down any impurities and stresses.
Dissolving all your cares and worries.
And you turn on your back and you float for a few moments.
Just floating on the water.
Floating like a bubble.
And the waves and your breath are synchronized 100%.
With every breath you take,
A wave moves over you.
Allowing you,
Allowing you to just float and relax.
And you turn on your back and you float for a few moments.
And you feel a gentle nudging on your receiving hand and you notice a bottle floating in the water bobbing up and down as if calling to you and you raise your hand and you take the bottle from the water and you notice inside the bottle is a piece of paper rolled up and corked in so you remove the cork from the bottle take the piece of paper from the bottle and you open it and the message reads your life purpose is what you make it and it sounds familiar and true so you contemplate this statement for a few moments while still drifting on the waves your life purpose is what you make it you you and you decide that you wish to write a small note back to the universe so you take the piece of paper and on the back with your magical pen you write a note to the universe about all the experiences you still wish to have in this lifetime it can be emotional physical material experiences whatever you still wish to experience write a note now you and you sign the bottom of the note with your name roll up the piece of paper and put it back into the bottle put the cork back in and you lean back and you throw it as far as you possibly can back into the ocean and you can see it drifting off on the currents moving further and further away back to the source and you know that this note will be found by someone who will bring you all those experiences and all you have to do is lie back waiting and opened for these experiences to come your way surrender to the float waiting with open arms ready to receive and in a moment you're going to return to your physical body knowing that these experiences are on their way right now and you give yourself permission to feel these experiences to have them whenever they arrive in whichever form they come and you know that resistance will only push away and desperation will push it away even further so all you need to do is breathe and be so coming back to your awareness now inside your physical body feeling ready to accept and receive feeling your feet and your hands in your face wiggling your toes and your fingers and when you are ready take a deep breath in and give yourself permission to open your eyes
