So everybody,
Just get yourselves comfortable,
Settle down.
So while you're sitting there,
Just check the messages that's coming from your environment.
Do you feel the temperature?
Do you feel the wind?
We here in Strand,
Somerset West still have a bit of wind.
We've had it all day,
So maybe you feel a breeze or a draft,
Or you feel the temperature around you,
Or you hear sounds apart from my babbling.
What do you see?
What do you smell?
What do you experience?
What are your senses telling you?
Maybe also just pay attention to the points of contact that your body is making with either the chair or the floor if you're lying down.
Also notice maybe you're busy fidgeting,
Scratching your nose or wiggling your feet or just being restless in your body before you settle down,
Just getting comfortable.
This ego trying to distract you.
And then slowly close your eyes.
And now notice whatever else you notice.
What other input are you now experiencing now that you cannot see?
What do you hear?
What do you feel?
Where do you feel it?
Maybe you smell something.
Maybe there's a taste in your mouth.
Or maybe you might have a blocked nose and you're breathing through your mouth,
So you might be able to sort of taste the air.
And now notice how the air moves in and out of your nose if you're breathing through your nose.
Maybe it's cold going in and slightly warm and moist when it goes out your body.
And notice how you tend to relax now that you pay attention to that breath.
Because the breath has a natural slow rhythm.
And the more you pay attention to the in and out,
The more relaxed you become.
Especially if you allow the breath to just flow.
And I now allow my attention to move further inward,
Following the breath all the way down into the lungs.
Gradually,
Not all at once,
Just slowly moving into the chest area.
And sometimes a funny thing happens.
The breath becomes so slow that it feels like you're barely breathing.
It's like it's just circulating,
Just,
Just circulating the air in your lungs.
Or maybe the air goes deeper.
Or you're taking in lungs full of air.
Big slow in and out,
Naturally.
Either way,
Just stay there for a moment and notice what the breath is doing.
Okay.
And now we're reaching deep into each and every crevice and nook and cranny of the whole body.
Becoming aware of the tips of the toes,
The tips of the fingers and the top of the head.
And everything in between.
Feeling the mass that the body takes up in space.
Be completely aware of the space that you fill with your body.
And we are now going to slowly leave the body behind by intending to withdraw the attention.
Starting from the tips of the toes,
Moving it up through the feet,
Up the ankles,
Withdrawing the consciousness from the body,
Up into the knees,
Withdrawing up the legs,
The upper legs,
Removing the consciousness from the buttocks and the groin area,
Up the trunk of the body,
And at the same time removing the consciousness from the fingers and the hands.
Draw everything up and out towards the head and the crown.
Up the shoulders,
Through the neck,
Moving up into the cranium.
Just staying here for a few moments,
Illuminating the whole cranium with our consciousness.
And then sensing the crown as if it is a portal,
And moving out through the portal at the top of the head into the Causal Chakra.
Into this silvery white light,
This energy centre filled with the divine feminine.
And notice the cosmic quiet.
This cosmic quiet is not a silence,
Because silence is inactive,
But rather this cosmic quiet is on the brink of movement,
Of action.
Deeterring on an abyss of endless possibilities.
And from this point we move forward and upward into the heavens.
Melding our consciousnesses together and travelling faster than the speed of light towards the centre of our cosmos.
Travelling so fast that we move in a straight line,
Straight through seemingly solid objects.
Experiencing ourselves as waves of energy,
Travelling to Source,
To reconnect with the All That Is.
Warming through stars and planetary systems.
Charging through nebulae.
Breathing further forward and moving faster and faster.
Until we reach the centre of our cosmos and reunite with our Source.
Seeing the familiarity,
Knowing that it has always been there and we have always known it.
This is how it feels.
This is how it is inside the presence of Source.
And it is reminding us that if we do seek it in our daily lives,
All we have to do is just be present.
Just to be present in the moment.
And that is enough.
It is never outside of us.
It is never to be sought externally.
We are it.
All those faces that I see on a day-to-day basis,
They are me.
And I look at them through the eyes of a mask and a role that I play.
I play all these roles in my own experience.
And all the relationships that I have come down to the one relationship.
The one that I have with myself.
The way I feel about others is the way I feel about me.
Those experiences that I have with others.
The things they do to me,
The things they say to me,
Are the things that are hidden in my own mind.
They are a projection of what goes on in my own psyche.
And the best way to fix all my relationships is to fix the relationship I have with myself.
It is okay for me to love you.
Love myself.
And the more I love myself,
The more love I will feel from others.
Because I will recognise that they do love me the way I love myself.
Thank you.
From today,
I will wake up every morning and for the first few minutes after waking up,
I will tell myself I love myself.
I get myself leave.
I will repeat this as a mantra or an affirmation for the first few minutes after waking up to remind myself that I do love myself and that it is okay to do so.
And I will notice how my life shifts,
How my relationships with others shift.
And I will notice what a great person I am.
And as I find myself now back inside my physical body,
I recognise how Source still flows through me.
I am now able to recognise that I've always had this sensation through my whole being.
It is nothing new.
It is all there.
I've experienced this since birth,
The flow of Source energy flowing from me as I realise that I am the Creator God in my own experience.
And I love myself deeply and gently.
And I may notice that the miracle that flows through me is my breath and my heartbeat.
And those are the first sensations that places me back into my full body.
And now noticing everything else about my body.
The sounds around me.
Becoming aware of any light and temperatures and sounds.
And taking a nice deep breath in and sighing it out.
And if I feel like it I can have another one and sigh it out.
And gently wiggling my toes and my fingers.
Saying hello to my whole body.
Knowing that I am going to be fully present and awake in a moment.
Maybe touching my face to remind me what it feels like.
And loving the sensation.
And when I'm ready I can open my eyes.
