Lie down and let the sounds wash over you and take you into a deep relaxation. The healing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls and other instruments help you relax gently into a meditative state. It helps heighten your awareness and senses, to slide into your core, your centre, and clear and align your mind. Sound healing helps to re-establish your harmonious flow of energy. There are moments of stillness and silence toward the end to let the body re-neutralise and take it all in.

A sound bath is an immersion of sounds and vibrations that are healing for your body,

Mind and spirit.

The experience can take you on a journey of deep relaxation and a profound sense of peace.

All you have to do is lie down and allow the healing sounds and vibrations to wash over you.

Grabbing some cushions and a blanket and making sure you're in a comfortable laying down position.

Sound has a profound effect on our nervous system,

Helping to turn on our relaxation response and switching off our fight or flight response,

Giving our bodies the ability to relax.

Giving our bodies a chance to relax and heal.

Through the various tones of the bowls,

The body is offered an opportunity to resonate with a healing frequency.

You are in essence giving your body,

Mind and energy an opportunity to shift to a high frequency.

Letting go of lower vibrational thoughts,

Emotions and other issues.

So allow whatever comes up to come up and if that means nothing then just enjoy relaxing even more.
