Lift up tall through the crown of your head and relax your shoulders down and back.
In this meditation we create a link with our subconscious mind via the third eye to call on our intuition to guide us in choosing an intention.
We are looking to promote the space for the most honest and truthful personal intention to arise organically.
As you sit here,
Bring your attention right away to observe the point between the eyebrows.
Let your awareness rest here at the point between the eyebrows.
As your attention hones in on this space,
Let it soften.
Let it expand.
This is the point of your third eye,
Your center of intuition and deep wisdom.
An energetic gateway that transcends our conscious mind and communicates with all the realms of our being,
Connecting ourselves to our highest self,
Our wisdom,
Our truest self.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
If possible,
Notice a quality of energy at this point between the eyebrows.
Maybe sensation,
A tingling,
A warmth,
A pulse.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Now ask your intuition the question,
What is the deepest intention for coming to this practice today?
What is that primal driving force that brings you into the stillness again and again?
And just wait.
Allow your intuition to answer.
The answer may come quickly and it may take a while or several practices like this.
Just wait and see what surfaces and whatever rises up out of the depths of your intuition.
Just observe it.
Let it float there.
Hold it in the space that it needs.
Breathe in.
Relaxing the shoulders,
The jaw,
Breathing out.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
And now ask yourself,
How can I incorporate this intention into my life?
And it may show up as something physical to work on or something on a more subtle energetic level.
Now draw this intention like a jewel from your third eye and place it into your heart space and allow your heart to hold this intention throughout your day today.
Now bring your palms together in front of your heart.
Feel your own sincerity as you bow your head to your heart space and genuinely thank yourself for realigning with this intention,
For reconnecting to your intuition.
You may have to return to this practice again and again to get as clear as possible on the intention that you have.
So don't hesitate to come back and do this practice again and again,
Maybe many times throughout the day.
