Welcome to this guided Reiki meditation.
In this meditation I will be doing my Reiki practice which means embedding this Reiki energy into this recording for you and wherever you are and at whatever time in the future that you listen to this recording trusting and knowing that this energy is being efficiently transmitted and received by you.
So whenever you're ready to lie down on your back go ahead and close your eyes.
Find the most comfortable reclined position you can,
Maybe using a blanket,
Some pillows behind the knees,
An eye pillow if you'd like to block out some light and just focus on your breathing.
Inhale through your nose and take a really deep breath in.
Be conscious of your lungs filling with air as your abdomen expands and then gently exhaling releasing your breath completely and letting go.
Let's do this a few more times.
Take a deep full breath in,
Open the mouth and let it go.
Take a deep full breath in and open the mouth let it go.
One more time and release.
Now come into some natural breaths.
Allow the bones and the muscles of your body to settle deeply into the support of the earth beneath you and on your inhale breath imagine a white energy source,
A light entering through the crown chakra,
Coming in through the crown of your head and bringing your attention to the top of your head to be aware of any sensations that are perceptible there.
Maybe there's a tingling,
A vibration,
A warmth and as you breathe in you're bringing this energy in through your crown chakra,
Your sahasrara and it's beginning to fill into the inside of your skull letting this light be absorbed into the brain,
Into the head,
Into the bones,
Into the scalp,
Into every hair follicle on the scalp,
Into your face,
Your eyes and cheeks,
Your jaw,
Your gums and you continue to breathe in this light begins to soak down through the throat and over your shoulders washing down the length of your arms to the tips of your fingers,
Traveling over your chest,
Upper back,
Flowing down the length of your torso letting this light fill into the abdomen and all the organs of the abdomen,
Into the hips,
The glutes,
The pelvis,
Down each leg filling the thighs,
Flowing through the knee joints,
Into the bones of the shins and muscles of the calves,
All the way down to the soles of the feet and the tips of the toes and so now you are full of this luminescent energy,
This white light and it's filling into every single cell in your body.
On your inhale breath this light brightens,
You feel its power and as you exhale you let this light help you to release any tension that may exist in your body,
Releasing any pain,
Any tightness,
Releasing stress,
Just letting it all go.
Maybe you can imagine that this light breaks down all the blockages and the areas in the body where you're feeling constricted,
Breaking those tensions down into tiny tiny particles that just fall right through the back side of your body and down into the earth where they're transmuted but they're essentially leaving you with the out-breath.
So with every inhale comes in this renewing,
Healing and invigorating light and with every out-breath you find that release of fears,
Worries,
Stress,
Negativity.
And as you maintain this visual of your body being full of this white light,
Also feel supported by Mother Earth beneath you,
Held.
Feel grounded,
Feel earthed,
Feel connected and secure.
Now as these energetic waves of light continue to wash over us,
We'll start to shift our attention to specific chakras and we'll just travel through each together,
Beginning with your root chakra,
Bringing your attention to the base of your spine and imagining a red orb,
A glowing ball of light at the base of your spine,
Right at the tip of the tailbone.
Maybe you can see the color red or maybe just you hold a knowledge of the information about what the color red is and that is enough.
Breathe into the tailbone,
Into your root chakra,
Muladhara chakra governing your connection to the earth,
Your instinct for survival,
Your feelings of safety and groundedness and exhale.
This root chakra,
It governs the lower body,
The bones of your legs,
Your lower back,
Your skin.
You might feel sensations streaming down the legs from the tip of the tailbone all the way to the tips of your toes.
Shifting upwards now,
Sacral chakra.
Sacral chakra,
The color is orange like the sun setting at the end of the day.
Welcome a glowing orange orb into the center of your pelvis.
Allow this orange light to fill the inside of the pelvis completely,
Brightening the pelvis and inviting that light to harmonize and balance the sacral chakra.
The sacral chakra is the svadhisthana chakra.
It governs our feelings,
Emotions,
Our connection to pleasure,
To worthiness,
To joy,
To creativity and also the pelvic organs,
The hips,
The groins,
The sexual organs.
And we're moving up to the manipura chakra,
Which is just above the belly button,
Your solar plexus.
Envision the color yellow like the sun in the noon sky.
Allow that yellow light to fill out into the entire area of the belly,
Harmonizing and balancing the solar plexus chakra,
Welcoming a sense of strength,
Stability,
Security in who you are,
A worthiness,
Inviting in self esteem and self confidence.
This chakra governs the organs of the abdomen,
The liver,
Pancreas,
Gallbladder,
Spleen,
Also the digestive organs.
Imagine each of these receiving this healing light,
This healing energy.
Breathe in and out.
Moving up to the heart chakra,
Space in the middle of the chest.
The color here is green,
Like a foresty green or light pink.
Choose for yourself whichever resonates.
And then let that orb of light enter into the heart center,
Holding your awareness at your heart space,
Working on the area of the heart to help eliminate stagnance,
Insecurities around love and loving and loving yourself.
Helping to clear away the old stories,
Absorb the lessons,
But find ways to forgive,
To love yourself better,
To maybe experience that universal love that connects us all.
This chakra connects us to the heart and the lungs.
Take another breath,
Noticing any sensations at your heart space.
Distant Reiki can feel a number of ways,
From pressure,
Tingling,
Temperature changes,
Emotions,
Just notice.
And then moving to the throat,
The throat chakra,
Center of the throat.
The color here is a light blue,
Like the sky.
Welcome in a color of light blue and the shape of an orb,
A spinning ball of energy to the throat chakra,
Helping to clear the thyroid gland,
Helping to invite in clarity and charisma into our speech,
Helping us to honor our truth.
And just breathe in and out as I work on the throat,
Helping to clear away blockages.
Notice any sensations in the throat chakra,
Tension,
Maybe leaving the throat,
Tingling or vibration,
Temperature change.
And then we'll move up to the third eye.
The color here is an indigo blue,
Like the night sky.
The third eye chakra connects us to wisdom and intuition and governs the pineal gland in the middle of the brain.
Take some breaths as you bring this color to the center of the brain,
Welcoming in its energy,
Welcoming in this reiki energy to clear any blockages,
Noticing any sensations in the head.
Breathing into the space in the head,
Visualize this light clearing and harmonizing your third eye chakra.
Enjoy one last breath in this region,
And then when you're ready,
Move up to the crown chakra.
The color here,
Violet.
Invite just above the crown of your head,
The color violet.
Let your awareness hover at the crown,
Noticing sensations.
The crown chakra,
Sahasrara chakra,
Connects us to God,
To universe,
To something greater than us.
It also governs the brain and the nervous system.
Breathing into the crown of the head,
Clearing away blockages and stagnants.
Breathing in and breathing out.
So now we've moved through each of the chakras.
I hope you feel online through those seven major chakras.
Feel that we've been able to shift some of the negative or blocked energy out of the body.
You can take three more breaths,
Breathing in to feel this light,
Feel this connection from me to you,
From where I'm recording now to wherever you lie and rest and receive in the world at whatever time.
Trust that it has been received well.
Exhaling completely,
Breathe in,
Breathe out,
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
I'll let you rest here a bit longer if you'd like.
There's no need to rush out of this.
If you're ready to though,
Take your time.
Thank you so much.
Namaste.
