Find your way into a seated position.
The hands can rest at the knees and as your eyes close,
Just come into your breath.
Take a few moments here to get centered and still.
Checking in,
Noticing the breath without trying to alter it right away.
Just allowing your body to breathe as it feels good.
Trusting your body to bring in the right amount of air.
There's no right or wrong way to breathe right now.
Just developing the skill of becoming more present.
Recognizing that the breath is the gateway to arriving in this moment.
We are feeling beings.
We are hardwired to feel things.
And there are hundreds of emotions and feelings and words and labels for them that correlate with different events in our lives.
The spectrum covers everything from elation to devastation.
We are feeling beings.
And we are also beings of energy.
The principle of energy is one of the basic laws of the universe.
That everything moves and nothing rests.
Every single thing is an expression of vibration and a form of energy that we perceive consciously and sometimes unconsciously.
Our bodies are molecular structures that vibrate at a very high speed.
And our brains are like hubs similar to an electronic switching station.
I want to suggest something.
Our brains don't think.
We think with our brains.
And as we activate our brain cells,
We set up a vibration in our bodies.
And the universe will deliver us people,
Experiences,
And outcomes that match.
At vibrational frequency.
You can write a million times in your journal,
I am abundant.
But if you don't feel abundant,
You won't attract abundance.
This meditation is for the purpose of helping you to discover that you have the power to choose.
Those high frequency thinking patterns and attitudes and emotions or the low frequency vibrations,
Thinking patterns and emotions.
The easiest way to identify what's happening within is how we feel.
Do we feel resistant?
Or do we feel at ease?
Do we feel fearful,
Worried,
Or anxious?
Or do we feel excited and joyful and receptive?
Shifting the tone of your internal dialogue is key.
Paying attention to the stories that you're telling yourself.
Your mind and your body will respond to the vibration of your thought patterns.
And switching the tone to sound positive as you speak to yourself and about your life situations will cause an immediate shift in your vibration.
For example,
Gratitude produces a measurable shift in the magnetic field.
A frequency.
An energy.
And as you shift into positive feelings and emotions,
You broadcast a whole new signature out into the field.
And the longer you're conscious of this energy,
You are calling your future to you.
You are connecting to a quantum field.
You don't have to go anywhere to get there.
You are now a powerful magnet,
Collapsing time and space.
And the event is being drawn to you as coincidences,
Opportunities,
Serendipities,
People,
Events.
Each time you allow yourself to move into gratitude,
Appreciation,
Love for this life,
Joy for existence.
Each time you allow yourself to feel inspired,
Enthusiastic,
Excited.
And you stay in that energy without analyzing.
It allows the unknown to occur.
You are teaching your body emotionally what the future looks like.
I want you to think for a moment about some of those positive vibration emotions.
And ask yourself where in your body you feel that emotion when it's present.
If you said the heart,
You're right.
The heart,
Like the brain,
Generates a powerful electromagnetic field.
In fact,
The largest electromagnetic field in the body.
The electrical field as measured in an ECG is about 60 times greater in amplitude than the brain waves recorded in an EEG.
There have been numerous studies that show that this powerful electromagnetic field can be detected and measured several feet away from a person's body.
I want you to reposition yourself in a way that feels comfortable.
Make any adjustments needed.
Reset your focus on the present moment.
When you embrace an emotion ahead of the experience,
You are calling that experience to you.
And so let's practice.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Sink into the perfection of this very moment here and now.
The only moment that we have all of our power is here and now.
Right here with this breath you're taking in and out.
Open your heart to receive the following words.
My body responds to my thoughts about it.
My body responds to my thoughts about everything I think.
It is always listening.
My vibration responds to my thoughts.
My frequency responds to my thoughts about everything.
The better my thoughts feel when I think them,
The more I allow for personal well-being.
I like knowing that there is an absolute correlation between how I feel and what my chronic thoughts have been.
My body,
My energy,
My life is so responsive to my thoughts.
And that is such a good thing to know because I am getting better at choosing my thoughts and paying attention to my feelings.
No matter what condition I find myself in,
I have the power to change it.
My current situation is a result of my chronic thoughts.
And I know I have control of both.
Spend these last few moments of our meditation practicing generating the emotions that you would like to experience more of.
Be it joy,
Acceptance,
Peace,
Gratitude,
Love.
Know that the things that you want to manifest in your life result in these emotions.
You will feel them in advance and you will call those experiences into your life.
