Welcome to your You Are Not Alone EFT tapping meditation.
This meditation is for you if right now you have been feeling alone in some sort of situation or space in your life right now.
It doesn't matter what it is,
We are all here for the same purpose.
And we are going to tap on these feelings to really let us be more relaxed and more at peace with the fact that we are never alone.
So right now,
Why don't you go ahead and grade how alone you feel on a scale from one through ten,
Ten being the most alone.
We are going to work on lowering that number as we tap through this session.
I tell you where to tap and you can either say the words aloud after me or just feel the words that I say.
So go ahead and get comfortable and take a deep breath in and out.
Start tapping on the side of your hand.
Sometimes I feel so alone,
But I love and accept myself anyway.
It doesn't feel good to feel as lonely as I do at times,
But I love and accept myself anyway.
I know that I can get to a place where I realize I'm not alone and I fully love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I don't like feeling alone.
Side eye.
It's a terrible feeling.
Under eye.
Sometimes it really gets to me.
Under nose.
Sometimes I feel like this feeling is really affecting me.
Under mouth.
And I want to release these feelings.
Collarbone.
I don't want to carry this heaviness anymore.
Under your armpit.
I don't want to feel alone.
Top of the head.
I want to know that I am never alone.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
It's okay that I feel alone sometimes.
Side eye.
But I want to stop focusing on those feelings.
Under eye.
Because they're not true.
Under nose.
And they're really easy to focus on.
Under mouth.
The truth is that we are never alone.
Collarbone.
I want to be able to get to this place when I need to.
Under your armpit.
I want to remember that I am not alone.
Top of the head.
I want to release these deep feelings that I'm carrying around feeling alone.
Take a deep breath in.
And out.

What if I knew that I wasn't alone?
Side eye.
What if I knew that I was never alone?
Under eye.
What if I knew that there were always others that share my thoughts or feelings?
Under nose.
What if I don't know them and they aren't with me?
Under mouth.
What if I knew that I didn't have to feel alone ever?

What if I just changed my thought process?
Under your armpit.
What if I tried to connect with others who are going through what I'm going through?
Top of the head.
What if I let the universe support me in these times and trusted that it is always there for me?
Take a deep breath in.
And out.

I am not alone.

I am never alone.
Under eye.
I am never alone in my thoughts.
Under nose.
I am never alone in my feelings.
Under mouth.
I am never alone in what I think.
Collarbone.
There are always others who feel the same as me.
Under your armpit.
There are always others who think the same as me.
Top of the head.
The world is a big place with so many different people.
Take a deep breath in.
And out.
Eyebrow.
The universe is always here for me.
Side eye.
Further reminding me that I am never alone.
Under eye.
The universe sends me signals.
Under nose.
Letting me know that she is here.
Under mouth.
And I welcome this.
Collarbone.
And it's so comforting for me.
Under your armpit.
I always know that I am never alone.
Top of the head.
I am always supported.
Take a deep breath in.
And out.

It's okay if I feel alone sometimes.

I just need to remind myself that I'm never really alone.
Under eye.
Everyone is always here for me.
Under nose.
Maybe not physically,
But in other ways.
Under mouth.
Those will always share thoughts with me.

I just need to seek out like-minded people.
Under your armpit.
I also need to just assure myself that no matter what,
The universe is here for me.
Top of the head.
I am never alone,
And I fully love and accept myself.

If you want to regrade yourself on how alone you felt at the beginning of this meditation and see if your number went down at all,
Regrading from a one through 10,
10 being the most alone,
You can see if your number went down and really just feel if your body feels lighter,
If you let go of some of the feelings you were carrying around feeling alone,
That's really the most important.
And just remember that no matter what,
Whether you feel supported by the universe,
Whether you feel supported by yourself,
Whether you feel supported by other people that share similar thoughts and feelings as you,
But maybe you don't know who those people are yet,
You are never alone.
There's always something or someone there supporting you.
You just have to remind yourself of that.
