Throat Chakra Healing EFT Tapping Meditation

This EFT Tapping meditation is meant to help you heal your throat chakra. We will release anything held within that chakra that you no longer need. The throat chakra helps you express yourself and we are going to put more power into that chakra!

Welcome to your throat chakra healing EFT topping meditation. Today we're going to work on healing and balancing and releasing anything that we no longer need to carry within our throat chakra. The throat chakra controls our expression and the way we express ourselves. So we want to release anything that's stopping us from fully expressing ourselves the way that we want to. So during this meditation just keep in mind anything that you want to release, Anything that you feel may be stopping you from fully expressing yourselves. And right now on a scale of one through ten you can grade yourself if you want and how hard it is maybe you feel it is to express yourself. Ten being the hardest. So go ahead and get that number together and as you're doing that just get comfortable in however you want to sit during this meditation. You can sit up or lie down it doesn't matter and you can say the tapping statements aloud after me or just hear them in your head or feel them as I say them whatever works best for you. Let's get started. Take a deep breath in and out. Start tapping on the side of your hand. Even though I sometimes feel like I can't express myself the way I want to I love and accept myself anyway. Even though I feel like I keep my true thoughts and feelings bottled up sometimes I fully love and accept myself anyway. I know that I can get to a point where I can express myself the way that I want and need to and I fully love and accept myself. Take a deep breath in and out. Eyebrow sometimes I don't feel like I can express myself the way that I want to. Side eye. I don't always feel like I'm being true to myself. Under eye. I feel like I can't always say what I feel. Under nose. I can't always let out all of my true feelings. Under mouth. I want to release that. Collarbone. I want to release what holds me back from fully expressing myself. Under your armpit. I know I'll feel better if I express myself in the way that I want to. Top of the head but that doesn't always feel easy. Take a deep breath in and out. Eyebrow. I feel like I hold on to past events where I feel like I couldn't be myself. Side eye. I hold on to things other people have said to me. Under eye. That made me feel like I shouldn't express myself. Under nose. That made me feel like I shouldn't express myself in a way that feels true to me. Under mouth. And I want to release all of that. Collarbone. I want to let all of that go. Under the armpit. Even though it feels like a hard place to go to. Top of the head. I want to be able to freely express myself in a way that feels good to me. Take a deep breath in and out. Eyebrow. What if I just allow my true thoughts to come out? Side eye. What if I just allow my true feelings to come out? Under eye. What if I was true to myself? Under nose. What if I didn't hold onto past reasons why expressing myself wasn't good? Under mouth. What if I just showed the world the real me? Collarbone. The real thoughts and feelings that I carry with me. Under your armpit. What if expressing myself in the way that felt good? Top of the head. Elevated me to become the best version of me. Take a deep breath in and out. Eyebrow. I am a beautiful person. Side eye. I have so many wonderful thoughts. Under eye. And so many wonderful feelings. Under nose. And it's safe for me to let other people know. Under mouth. It's safe for me to let other people know about all of my thoughts and feelings. Collarbone. It's safe to let people know about all of my likes and dislikes. Under the armpit. It feels so good when I show the world the real me. Top of the head. It feels so good when I can just be myself. Take a deep breath in and out. Eyebrow. I don't worry about the past anymore. Side eye. And I don't worry about the things people may have said to me in the past. Under eye. Things that maybe made me uncomfortable fully expressing myself. Under nose. Because that's in the past. Under mouth. I am a different person today. Collarbone. Here to show up to the world as the most authentic version of me. Under the armpit. It feels so good to show up in this amazing energy. Top of the head. It feels so good to be me. Take a deep breath in and out. Eyebrow. It feels so good to let everyone know who the real me is. Side eye. I am an amazing and beautiful person. Under eye. All of my thoughts and feelings are always valid. Under nose. I deserve to show the world the real me. Under mouth. The more I'm true to myself. Collarbone. The more positive energy I put out into the world. Under your armpit. It feels so good to show the world the real me. Top of the head. It feels so good to be fully and completely true to myself. Take a deep breath in and out. Okay. That is the end of this EFT tapping meditation. If you want to, You can go ahead and regrade yourself from a 1 through a 10. 10 being the strongest on how comfortable you feel expressing yourself, Fully expressing yourself. Hopefully your number went down during this EFT tapping meditation. Hopefully you released some things that maybe you were holding within your throat chakra that you didn't need anymore and you were able to let go of that and bring more power into that chakra.
