Welcome to your EFT,

TFT tapping meditation on helping you step into the new you.

Whatever that looks like for you.

And I want you to begin by right now just thinking about what this new version of you looks like,

Sounds like,

Feels like,

And just however you want to bring that into your mind go ahead and do that right now.

That's really important because we want to focus on this person that we're stepping into as we tap today and as we make whatever changes in our life that this tapping leads us to make because we always want to be thinking about what supports this new version of me.

And as you're thinking about this person I want you to get comfortable however you want to sit as we go through this tapping and I want to let you know that I am going to tell you where to tap and then I'm going to say a phrase afterward when we get to the EFT tapping portion at the very beginning here we're going to do some TFT tapping.

TFT stands for Thought Field Therapy and that actually doesn't involve me saying a phrase it just involves me telling you to bring certain thoughts into your mind and we're going to tap as we do that and then do some breathing.

So all you need to do is just listen to the prompts that I tell you and you'll be totally fine.

So as we're tapping just remember think of,

Feel it,

Hear it,

Who that new version of you is and always focus on that person as you're tapping today and we're going to really start this TFT tapping portion.

The again TFT stands for Thought Field Therapy.

We're going to do this and we're going to tap on the side of our hand first which is the point that I'm talking about is right in the middle of basically where your wrist is and the bottom of your pinky finger so if you were to go right in the middle of those two points that's where I want you to start tapping and as we're tapping on this point I want you to think about what no longer serves this new version of you that you have in mind right now.

What thoughts and beliefs do you want to let go of that are not serving this person,

This version of you that you're stepping into?

What's not supporting this version of you that you are becoming or the person that you want to become?

I want you to bring all of those thoughts into your mind as you're tapping on this point.

Anything that comes up for you that you want to let go of right now and we are going to think all of those thoughts have them in our thought field and as we're tapping on this point I am going to guide you to take three deep breaths and on each breath out I want you to imagine that all of these thoughts that are not serving this new version of you are going to leave your mind and leave your body so as we're tapping as we have those thoughts in mind go ahead take a deep breath in and out.

Another big breath in and out and one last big breath in and out.

You can stop tapping on that point on the side of your hand.

We're going to take one cleansing breath you don't have to think about anything or tap on anything right now just go ahead take a deep breath in and out.

Okay we're going to do a couple rounds of EFT tapping go back into TFT and then end with EFT tapping.

So I want you to continue as we're tapping right now this part this EFT part involves me saying some phrases but as I'm saying these phrases I want you to continue to think about anything that you weren't able to let go of in that TFT tapping section anything that you want to release or still need to release in order to step into this new version of you that you thought about once this tapping started and I want you to just keep all of that in mind as I am saying phrases and all you have to do is listen to my prompts of where you need to tap and then either repeat what I say or just feel what I say.

So go ahead and tap on that point on the side of your hand again and I'm going to just say some phrases.

Even though I'm holding on to a lot of things that I no longer need I love and accept myself.

I allow myself to release anything that does not support the person that I am becoming and I love and accept myself.

I allow myself to step into the new version of me and I love and accept myself.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Tap at your eyebrow.

I let go of what isn't helping me right now.

Side of your eye.

I let go of all of the heaviness.

Under your eye.

I let go of all the things that don't matter.

Under your nose.

I just let all of that go.

Under your mouth because this new me is magic.

Collarbone and I don't have time to waste on things that bring me down.

Under your armpit.

I don't have time to waste on things that don't support me as a person.

Top of the head.

I let them all go.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Tap at your eyebrow.

I have the power to step into this new me.

Side eye.

I just have to believe that I am powerful.

Under your eye.

I know I deserve to show the world this new version of me.

Under nose.

I deserve to show myself who I become.

Under mouth.

So I continue to release what doesn't serve me.

Collarbone.

I continue to let go of anything that does not support the new me.

Under your armpit.

I release it all.

Top of the head.

I know I can step into the me that I want to become.

Take a deep breath in and out.

We're going to do one more round of TFT tapping.

Again,

TFT stands for Thought Field Therapy.

I want you to bring into your mind one more time anything that is still lingering,

That is not supportive of this new you that you have in your mind,

This person you're becoming.

Anything that is not supportive of this new you,

Even people that are in your life that are not supportive.

I want you to bring these people into your mind if that's what's coming into your mind.

Whatever it is,

Bring all of that into your mind,

All of that into your thought field.

We're going to tap on that point on the side of our hand again and just feel all of those feelings,

All of those emotions,

All of those thoughts that are not supportive of this person that you are becoming.

I want you to,

As you're tapping,

On every breath out,

We're going to take those three intentional breaths again.

On every breath out,

Imagine all of these thoughts,

These feelings,

These emotions.

They're leaving your body and they are leaving your mind.

Go ahead and as you're tapping,

Take a deep breath in and let it all out.

Another deep breath in and out.

One last really big deep breath in and let it all out.

Leave it all in this tapping meditation.

Don't bring it with you when this is over.

We're going to stop tapping on that point on the side of our hand and we're going to take one cleansing breath before we get into the last two rounds of tapping.

Go ahead,

Take a deep breath in and out.

Before we do these last two rounds,

I want you to really feel into that person that you want to become or see what that person looks like or hear what that person sounds like,

Whatever resonates with you or maybe all of it resonates with you,

But really feel into who that person is and think of how amazing it would be to be that person or to take steps to become that person.

Think of how that would feel for you,

How that would look for you,

How your life would look,

How your life would transform for the better and have all of that in your mind as we do these last two rounds of tapping.

Go ahead and tap at your eyebrow.

I am stepping into a new me.

Now on the side of your eye,

I can feel how good this feels for me.

Under your eye,

I love this new version of me.

Under nose,

I love what this new version of me stands for.

Under mouth,

I love what this new version of me can show the world.

Collarbone,

It feels so good to step into this new version of me.

Under your armpit,

I allow myself to find any support I need.

Tap at your eyebrow.

I believe I can become this new version of me.

Side eye,

I believe that I can change for the better.

Under eye,

I believe that I have the power to make big changes in my life.

Under nose,

This new version of me is going to leave their mark in the world.

Under mouth,

I am so proud of myself for making this change.

Collarbone,

I am so happy for stepping into this new version of me.

Under your armpit,

I know that I am here to accomplish so much.

Top of the head,

I allow myself to fully step into this new version of me and I love and accept myself.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Okay,

That is the end of this step into the new you EFT TFT stepping meditation.

I truly hope that it was helpful in really feeling like you are able to release some of the things that were not helpful to this new version of you that you are seeing and you're feeling yourself come into.

Because sometimes we really need to do that in order to feel that new version of us and know that it's possible.

Sometimes it's not enough to just know that we want to step into the new us.

We have to let go of the things that are keeping us into an old version of ourselves,

A version of ourselves that we can feel we're letting go of.

We need to do that in order to step into this new version of us.

Do this daily to fully step into this new version of you,

This person that you're imagining and you're feeling.

It'll be really supportive to daily let go of things that are not supporting that person and allowing yourself to really feel what that person feels like so that you make decisions and you do different things that lead you to becoming this person.

Because it's not just about this activity.

It's truly about all of it.

It's about doing the things that are helpful to change your mindset,

But it's also helpful to actually make changes.

And a lot of times we're more likely to do that if we're changing our mind daily and we're listening to things that are supportive of changing our mindset and allowing us to feel differently daily.

So I truly hope that this was helpful.
