Welcome to your self-love EFT tapping meditation.
During this EFT tapping meditation,
We're going to work on building your feeling of self-love.
You can go ahead and get comfortable.
EFT tapping is best done sitting up,
But if you want to lie down,
That can work too.
During this meditation,
I'm going to tell you where to tap and you can either say the statement aloud with me or in your head,
Whatever works best for you.
During this meditation,
I want you to truly work on increasing all of your loving feelings towards yourself.
I know sometimes that can be hard and it can feel really hard,
But I believe the more we grow these feelings and we put them into our mind,
The more easily we'll be able to access them when we want to.
So let's get started.
Go ahead and take a deep breath in and out.
Start tapping right on the side of your hand.
I fully love and accept myself.
Sometimes it can feel hard,
But I know I always fully love and accept myself.
I have so much love for myself and no matter what,
I fully love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I love and accept myself.
Side eye.
I know I'm worth all that I desire.
Under eye.
I can have whatever I want in this life.
Under nose.
Simply because I am me.
Under mouth.
I deserve it.
Shoulder bone.
I was brought here to live an incredible life.
I fully love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.

I know it hasn't always been easy to love myself,
But I am going to push past that.
Side eye.
I know I am the best version of me when I fully love and accept myself,
No matter what.

When I am the best version of me,
I am my happiest.
Under nose.
And I am happy when I fully love and accept myself for who I am.

I feel immense happiness when I fully love and accept myself.

I can more easily show my gifts to the world when I fully love and accept myself.
Under your armpit.
I can more easily invite positive people into my life when I love and accept myself.

I am so happy with the person I've grown to be and the person I'm becoming.

I release all the feelings I have that don't support me fully loving and accepting myself.

I know I've had times where I didn't love myself,
But that ends here.
I release it.

I release all that no longer serves me.

I know any flaws I see in myself make me me.

They aren't flaws at all.
They're part of my character.

I fully love and accept everything about me.
