Welcome to your Root Chakra Healing EMT Topping Meditation.

During this meditation,

We're going to focus on healing and balancing our root chakra.

The chakra is located right at the base of your spine.

The color associated with this chakra is red and this chakra really governs our ability to be grounded and present and feel safe in our bodies and in our lives.

So right now,

I want you to just think about how grounded and present you feel on a scale from one through ten.

Ten being the least amount of grounded and present.

Just see where you land on that scale.

We're going to re-grade at the end of this tapping meditation.

During this session,

I'm going to tell you where to tap so you can go ahead and just get comfortable in whatever way works best for you.

Let's begin.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Start tapping on the side of your hand.

I know sometimes I don't always feel grounded,

But I love and accept myself anyway.

I know sometimes I have a hard time feeling present,

But I love and accept myself anyway.

I know that I can feel safe,

Present,

And grounded when I want and need to,

And I love and accept myself.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Eyebrow.

I don't feel present right now.

Side eye.

I don't feel grounded right now.

Under eye.

Sometimes,

I don't feel safe.

Under nose,

And I want to release that.

Under mouth.

I want to release all of these heavy feelings that I'm holding onto.

Collarbone.

I don't like when I can't just be in the moment.

Under your armpit.

I don't like when I feel ungrounded.

Top of the head.

It's just not a good feeling for me.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Eyebrow.

Sometimes I don't feel like the healthiest version of me.

Side eye.

I feel all over the place.

Under eye.

I don't always feel safe in this world.

Under nose.

More safe in my body.

Under mouth,

And I want to release that.

Collarbone.

I know that I can help myself heal.

Under your armpit.

And feel more grounded in my body.

Top of the head.

I want to release anything that isn't serving me right now.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Eyebrow.

What if it was okay for me to be more present in my life?

Side eye.

What if it was okay for me to be more grounded in my life?

Under eye.

What if I didn't always have to worry?

Under nose.

What if I knew that allowing myself to calm down?

Under mouth.

Helped me to feel healthier.

Collarbone.

And what if I knew that allowing myself to calm down allowed me to feel safer?

Under your armpit.

It allowed me to be more present and grounded in my life.

Top of the head.

What if it was okay to be more grounded and present in my life?

Take a deep breath in and out.

Eyebrow.

I am grounded.

Side eye.

I am present.

Under eye.

I am safe.

Under nose.

I am confident in all that I can do.

Under mouth.

I am capable of taking care of myself when I need to.

Collarbone.

I constantly make decisions that keep me healthy.

Under your armpit.

My body works in all the ways that I need it to.

Top of the head.

And I can ground myself whenever I want to.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Eyebrow.

It feels so good to be grounded into the earth.

Side eye.

It feels so good to be grounded in my body.

Under eye.

It feels so good to be grounded in my life.

Under nose.

I love feeling grounded.

Under mouth.

Feeling grounded is a safe feeling for me.

Collarbone.

I know I'm always protected.

Under your armpit.

I always know that even if I'm grounded and relaxed and something needs my attention.

Top of the head.

I am capable of helping and protecting myself.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Eyebrow.

It feels so good to be present in this moment.

Side eye.

I don't have to pay attention to anything else right now.

Under eye.

Just me in this moment.

Under nose.

Taking time for myself.

Under mouth.

Grounding myself into the earth.

Collarbone.

I can always come back to this feeling when I need to.

Under your armpit.

I feel so grounded right now.

Top of the head.

I feel so safe in my body and in this world right now.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Okay,

That concludes this EFT tapping meditation.

If you graded yourself at the beginning of this meditation,

You can go ahead and re-grade the same issue that you started with and see if your number went down.

And it's usually good if your number stays between a four and below at the end because then you know that you've lost some of the charge around whatever the issue was that you were working through.

And even if you didn't grade yourself and you feel a little lighter right now,

That is always the goal.

And hopefully we were able to release some things that maybe we're holding within our root chakras so that we can have the full power that that chakra can provide us.
