Welcome to your motivation EFT tapping meditation.
Today we are going to tap on allowing ourselves to get motivated to do whatever it is that you need to do today,
Tomorrow,
Or whenever you need to do it.
Sometimes motivation can be really hard.
It can be really hard to pick ourselves up and do the things that we know that we need to do or maybe things that we want to do.
Sometimes that motivation is not there and sometimes there's things that are standing in our way.
There's energy that's standing in our way.
There's negativity standing in our way.
Maybe there's low feelings standing in our way and we really want to move past that with this EFT tapping meditation.
So go ahead and get comfortable and before we begin why don't we go ahead and grade where we are with our motivation on a scale from one through ten.
Ten being the least motivated right now for whatever it is you want to get motivated for.
Whether that's cleaning your house or starting a new business.
Whatever it is go ahead and grade that one through ten.
Ten being the least motivated and we are going to work on bringing that down as we tap and we will regrade ourselves at the end of this EFT tapping meditation.
So once you have your number and you're comfortable you can just follow along with me as I tap.
I will tell you where to tap first and all you have to do is just feel the words that I say as you tap or you can say the phrases aloud after me.
Whatever works best for you.
Let's begin by taking a deep breath in and out.
Start tapping on the side of your hand below your pinky finger.
Even though I'm not always as motivated as I would like to be I fully love and accept myself.
Even though motivation does not always come easily for me I fully love and accept myself.
I know that I can get to a place where I am as motivated as I would like to be and I fully love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
Motivation doesn't feel easy for me right now.
Side eye.
It almost feels impossible.
Under eye.
And I feel upset that it feels this hard.
Under nose.
And I want to release all of that.
Under mouth.
I want to release anything not allowing me to feel motivated right now.
Collarbone.
This heavy energy is not helping me to get motivated.
Under your armpit.
So I want to let go of anything that feels heavy.
Top of the head.
I know motivation is on the other side of this heavy energy that I'm releasing.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
It doesn't feel good when I am not motivated.
Side eye.
It makes me feel like I'm wasting my time.
Under eye.
But I can't seem to do anything else.
Under nose.
And I know I have that motivation within me.
Under mouth.
It just feels blocked right now.
Collarbone.
And I want to remove these blocks.
Under your armpit.
I want to allow myself to do all that I need to.
Top of the head.
I want to allow the motivation to come through for me.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
What if I just got up and did all that I needed to right now?
Side eye.
What if I allowed the motivation to just come to me?
Under eye.
What if I just let the motivation flow through me?
Under nose.
What if I did some things right now that I know have been motivating to me in the past?
Under mouth.
Bringing forth even more of that motivational energy that I know is within me.
Collarbone.
What if I knew I was going to feel so much better?
Under your armpit.
After doing all that I want or need to do.
Top of the head.
What if my motivation was always available for me?
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
When I do what I want or need to do.
Side eye.
It makes me feel so good.
Under eye.
I'm so proud of myself when I get things done.
Under nose.
That feeling fills up my entire body.
Under mouth.
And it's just such a nice feeling to carry.
Collarbone.
I love feeling like this.
Under your armpit.
I know that I deserve this feeling.
Top of the head.
I deserve to get things done that make me feel good.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
My soul was brought here to accomplish beautiful things.
Side eye.
My soul was brought here to do amazing things in this world.
Under eye.
I deserve to be doing the things that I was brought here to do.
Under nose.
I deserve to feel good after doing the things that I was brought here to do.
Under mouth.
And maybe right now I'm not always just doing the things that I feel that I was brought here to do.
Collarbone.
But maybe those things are leading me towards what I was meant to be doing.
Under your armpit.
Even if it feels like one small step now.
Top of the head.
I deserve to be led where I am meant to go.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I know that I can be motivated today.
Side eye.
I continue to release anything not allowing me to feel that motivation.
Under eye.
Because I deserve to get it all done.
Under nose.
I deserve to have that feeling.
Under mouth.
That blissful feeling when I get everything done that I need to.
Collarbone.
I deserve that good feeling.
Under your armpit.
I allow the motivation to flow through me today.
Top of the head.
I allow myself to feel motivated today and I fully love and accept myself.

If you want you can go ahead and regrade yourself from a 1 through 10.
10 being the least amount of motivated.
And see if your number went down as we tapped.
And you can come back and do this as many times as you'd like and every time you should notice your number goes down a little more.
