Welcome to your It's Okay to Receive EFT Topping meditation.
Sometimes we don't feel like we're allowed to receive in this world,
Especially when what we are receiving is good.
We put energy into the world,
But we don't feel like we deserve it back in any way.
This can be for all sorts of reasons.
It may even just be learned behavior from our childhood.
And we want to release this negative energy to open us up to receive in all areas of our lives.
You can go ahead and get comfortable.
And right now,
I want you to grade yourself from a one through ten,
Ten being how uncomfortable you feel on receiving in your life right now.
Our goal is to lessen that number throughout this meditation,
And we will regrade at the end.
Feel free to say my words aloud with me during the meditation,
Or just feel the words that I say.
Let's get started.
Take a deep breath in and out.
And tapping on the side of your hand.
Even though sometimes it doesn't feel good to receive,
I love and accept myself anyway.
Sometimes it doesn't feel like I deserve the things I'm receiving,
But I love and accept myself anyway.
I know I can get into the energy to receive,
And I love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
It doesn't always feel good to receive.
Side-eye.
Sometimes I have no idea what to do when I receive something.
Under-eye.
I don't feel worthy.
Under-nose.
Sometimes I don't feel like I deserve what I'm receiving.
Under-mouth.
Especially if what I'm receiving is good.
Collarbone.
Even if it's something I've been working towards for a long time.
Under your armpit.
I still don't feel worthy.
Top of the head.
And I want to release that.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I don't want to carry this energy with me anymore.
Side-eye.
I want to know I'm deserving of all that I receive.
Under-eye.
I don't want to feel like this anymore.
Under-nose.
Not feeling worthy of receiving is blocking all that I am meant to receive.
Under-mouth.
And I want to release that.
Collarbone.
I want to be ready for all that I'm meant to receive.
Under your armpit.
I don't want to hold onto these feelings of unworthiness.
Top of the head.
I don't want to hold onto these feelings of not deserving to receive in my life.
Take a deep breath in and out.

What if I could freely receive?

What if I believed that I was worthy of receiving?
Under-eye.
What if I believed that I deserved to receive?
Under-nose.
What if I believed that receiving could be a very beautiful experience for me?
Under-mouth.
What if I welcomed receiving in my life?

What if receiving more improved my life?
Under your armpit.
What if receiving more allowed me to feel more open?
Top of the head.
What if receiving more allowed me to feel more free and happy in my life?
Take a deep breath in and out.

I receive with ease.

I am open to receiving in my life.
Under-eye.
I welcome what is meant for me.
Under-nose.
I welcome all the goodness that I am meant to have.
Under-mouth.
I am worthy of receiving beautiful things in my life.

I am worthy of receiving beautiful energy in my life.
Under your armpit.
I know that I am worthy of having it all.

And I know that to have it all,
I need to be able to receive.

I know that I deserve to receive in my life.

I deserve to have good in my life.

I deserve to feel good in my life.

I deserve to have all that I want in my life.

I deserve to receive freely.

I deserve to receive good energy in my life.

I deserve to receive all the good things possible in my life.

I deserve to have it all.

I'm so happy when I allow myself to receive.

Receiving feels so good to me.
Under-eye.
Especially when I have put out energy into the world.
Under-nose.
And I'm now receiving something in return for that energy.

It feels so good to get back energy that I put out.

And I welcome receiving that energy.

It's safe for me to receive that energy.

I know that I am always worthy and deserving of receiving.
