Welcome to your I Deserve Happiness EFT Tapping Meditation.
During this meditation,
We're going to focus on releasing anything that doesn't allow us to feel that we deserve all of the happiness in the world.
All of the happiness we're meant for.
Because whatever it is we can imagine,
We deserve and it's meant for us.
So if you want to during this meditation,
Just focus on something that maybe you've had a hard time believing you deserve,
But you ultimately want.
And during the session,
I'm going to tell you where to tap so you can get comfortable however feels best for you.
If you want to sit or lie down,
Open or close your eyes,
Just do what feels best to you.
We're going to go ahead and get started.
So take a deep breath in and out.
Start tapping on the side of your hand.
I deserve all the happiness in the world because I love and accept myself.
I deserve all that is meant for me in this world and I fully love and accept myself.
I deserve all that I desire in this world and I fully love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I deserve all of the happiness in this world.
Side eye.
I deserve everything I was meant to have.
Under eye.
I deserve all that is coming to me.
Under nose.
I deserve to be happy.
Under mouth.
It's not always easy to know I deserve happiness,
But I want to release that.
Collarbone.
I want to release any feelings around the fact that sometimes I don't feel that I deserve happiness.
Under your armpit.
Because I deserve all of the happiness.
Top of the head.
Just because I'm me and I deserve it.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I deserve all the good in the world.
Side eye.
I deserve all of the light in the world.
Under eye.
I deserve to see the good in people.
Under nose.
I deserve for people to see the good in me.
Under mouth.
I deserve to attract the best people for me in this life.
Collarbone.
And I deserve to have whatever I desire in this life.
Under your armpit.
I deserve the goodness I may perceive everyone else to have but me.
Top of the head.
Just because I perceive it that way doesn't mean it's true.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I know I deserve happiness.
Side eye.
I believe I deserve happiness.
Under eye.
I believe I deserve it all.
Under nose.
I believe in myself.
Under mouth.
And I believe in becoming the best version of me.
Collarbone.
I believe in doing things to support my higher self.
Under your armpit.
And I believe everything happens for a reason.
Top of the head.
I believe I am right where I'm supposed to be.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I believe in being happy.
Side eye.
I believe in others being happy.
Under eye.
I believe I'm allowed to be happy.
Under nose.
I believe we're all here to be happy.
Under mouth.
I believe happiness is available for me anytime I want it.
Collarbone.
I believe happiness is always available for me.
Under your armpit.
I deserve to be happy.
Top of the head.
I deserve happiness.

And hopefully after that meditation,
You feel a little lighter and a little more deserving of happiness in your life,
Whatever that means to you right now.
