I'm Nicole and I want to welcome you to this EFT tapping meditation called I am hopeful.
This meditation is meant to help you to build that hope that you want and need in your life right now.
Sometimes we're trying to get to a certain place,
We're trying to reach a certain goal and we're forgetting that we don't have hope that we can get there and so we don't get there.
So this meditation is really just meant to help you build that bridge of hope into whatever it is that you are trying to get to,
That you're trying to achieve in your life.
You can go ahead and get comfortable sitting up or lying down,
Whatever works best for you and in this EFT tapping meditation I am going to tell you where to tap beforehand and we are going to say some phrases afterwards.
You can either feel the words that I say or say them aloud after me,
Whatever works best for you.
So let's go ahead and get started by taking a deep breath in and out.
Start tapping on the side of your hand in the area that is right between the bottom of your pinky finger and your wrist.
I am hopeful that everything will work out for me and I fully love and accept myself.
I am hopeful that I can heal from anything and I fully love and accept myself.
I am hopeful and I fully love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Now start tapping at your eyebrow.
I feel hopeful right now.
Side eye.
I feel like things will work out for me.
Clear eye.
I feel like I can heal in my life.
Under nose.
I feel hopeful right now.
Under mouth.
I release anything,
Not allowing me to have help.
Collarbone.
I allow these hopeful feelings to fill my entire body.
Under your armpit.
These hopeful feelings feel so good right now.
Top of the head.
I feel so hopeful right now.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I allow myself to be hopeful.
Side eye.
Having hope may have been hard for me in the past.
Under eye.
I release all of that.
Under nose.
I allow myself to have hope.
Under mouth.
I allow me to believe in myself.
Collarbone.
I allow myself to believe that things will work out for me.
Under your armpit.
I allow myself to know that I am enough.
Top of the head.
I allow myself to have great healing in my life.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I am so grateful for this hope that I am carrying.
Side eye.
I am grateful for this hope filling up my entire body.
Under eye.
I am grateful for the life that I have.
Under nose.
I am grateful for the life that I know I am creating.
Under mouth.
I am grateful for the person that I am.
Collarbone.
I am grateful for the person that I once was.
Under your armpit.
I am so grateful for the hope that I have.

I am so grateful for the hope that I allow myself to feel.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I feel so hopeful right now.

I deserve to feel hopeful.
Under eye.
I deserve to have hope in my life.
Under nose.
I deserve to have hope that things will work out as they are meant to for me.
Under mouth.
I deserve to have hope that I can heal myself.

I continue to release anything,
Not allowing this hope to shine through.
Under your armpit.
I allow this hope to shine bright within me.

I feel so hopeful right now and I fully love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.

To build that bridge onto whatever it is that you are looking to create,

To bring into your life because we all need hope.
We all need hope that we can get to that place because without hope we most likely are not going to see ourselves get there.
