Welcome to your I am exactly where I'm supposed to be right now EFT tapping meditation.
This meditation is perfect for you if maybe recently you haven't felt like things are making sense to you.
Maybe things in your life don't make sense to you.
Maybe where you are in your life doesn't make sense to you.
Maybe you question why you are where you are in your life a lot.
And this is really meant to help you feel good and calm and at peace with where you are right now.
No matter where that is,
No matter where you want to go.
This is just for feeling good right now.
If you want before we get started,
You can grade how you feel with where you are right now from a one through 10.
10 being the strongest and the most unsure and questioning and any other feelings that you have around where you are.
Anything that's not allowing you to feel calm.
Where do you grade those negative feelings about where you are from a one through 10?
And the goal really is to bring that number down as we tap.
During this tapping,
You can follow along and tap where I tell you to tap.
And you can either say the words aloud after me or just feel the words that I say.
So let's go ahead and get started.
So get comfortable and take a deep breath in and out.
Start tapping on the side of your hand.
Sometimes I have no idea what I'm doing,
But I fully love and accept myself.
Sometimes I don't know if I've made the right choices,
But I fully love and accept myself.
I know that I can get to a place where I feel that I am where I am meant to be no matter what and I fully love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I don't know what I'm doing sometimes.
Side eye.
I don't know how I end up in some of the situations that I find myself in.
Under eye.
I don't know how I got here.
Under nose.
I don't always feel positive about where I am right now.
Under mouth.
And I want to release that.
Collarbone.
I want to release the uncertainty around where I am.
Under your armpit.
I want to release the feelings that I have around not knowing why I'm doing what I'm doing.
Top of the head.
I want to feel good about where I am right now.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I don't like when I question where I am.
Side eye.
I don't like when I don't have a clear picture of where I'm going.
Under eye.
I don't like when I spend time questioning things that I've done in my past.
Under nose.
I want to release all of that.
Under mouth.
I want to accept all that has happened to me.
Collarbone.
I want to get into the energy of knowing that there is a reason for all that happens to me.
Under your armpit.
I want to feel good about where I am right now.
Top of the head.
I want to feel good about where I'm going.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
What if I just knew that I was where I'm meant to be?
Side eye.
What if I just knew that I was doing the right thing no matter what?
Under eye.
What if I just knew that my past was important for me to experience?
Under nose.
What if I believed that I'm always making the right choice?
Under mouth.
What if I knew that all of the choices I make will lead me to where I'm meant to be?
Collarbone.
What if I believed that I will always end up where I'm meant to be?
Under your armpit.
What if I believed that everything happens for a reason?
Top of the head.
What if I knew that nothing was a coincidence and everything is happening as it's meant to?
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I am beginning to see that everything happens for a reason.
Side eye.
I know I'm always making the right choices.
Under eye.
What if they don't always feel right?
Under nose.
The choices I make are leading me where I'm meant to go.
Under mouth.
Everything is always moving in the right direction for me.
Collarbone.
My soul always has a plan for me.
Under your armpit.
I may not always know what the plan is,
But I know that if I surrender to the process,
Top of the head,
Everything will always work out as it's meant to.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I trust that I am always moving in the right direction.
Side eye.
I believe that everything is always working out for me.
Under eye.
I trust that I am always doing the right thing.
Under nose.
I know I can't go wrong if I'm listening to my heart.

My heart is always showing me where to go.
Under your armpit.
I trust that my heart will lead me always.
Top of the head.
I believe that my heart knows exactly where I'm meant to be.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I deserve the best for me.
Side eye.
I deserve all the good that is meant for me in my life.
Under eye.
I deserve for good things to happen to me.
Under nose.
I am meant to be where I am right now.
Under mouth.
I am meant to experience all that I have experienced.
Collarbone and all that I will experience.
Under your armpit.
My soul is here for some amazing things in this life.
Top of the head.
I know and trust that I am exactly where I'm meant to be and I fully love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Okay,
That is the end of this EFT tapping meditation.
If you rated yourself at the beginning of this meditation and want to recreate yourself,
You can go ahead and do that from one through 10.
Ten being the most uncertain and unsure or whatever other feelings you were having around you.
Maybe not feeling like you are in the right place right now.
And so go ahead and recreate yourself one through 10.
Ten being the strongest and see if your number went down at all.
And really just see,
You know,
Do you feel better right now?
Do you feel like a weight has been lifted off of you?
That's really all that matters.
And the goal really is to feel calmer right now.
Feel more at peace with where you are because we are all on a journey.
None of us are where we are going to end up right now.
And sometimes that can be frustrating because you want to be at the end goal.
You want to feel like you have done everything you needed to do and got to where you wanted to be.
But a lot of times we are always moving toward those things and spending time,
You know,
Sitting in lull periods.
And that's okay because sometimes we need those times to get to where we're going to be.
And so the only way to really feel good in those lull periods and the times where we haven't fully gotten to our goal or reached our goals is to really just have peace and calm around the fact that no matter what,
This is where we are meant to be.
This is where we were led to be because it's going to bring us to where we're trying to go.
So all of these steps are important.
The end goal is just as important as where you are right now.
So hopefully you really got that peace and calming from this EFT tapping meditation.

Then you can do this as many times as you need to in order to feel those good feelings around where you are right now.
