Welcome to your how to be happy with your job EFT tapping meditation.
You can go ahead and start to get comfortable.
Tapping is going to work best for you if you sit up but if you need to lie down that's okay.
During the session I'm going to say the area we are tapping on first and then the statement.
You can either say the statement out loud after me or in your head whichever works best for you.
During the session I want you to just keep in mind the happiness that you want to have for your job and maybe you don't have right now but we're gonna work through that right now in this session.
So we're gonna go ahead and grade ourselves and our feelings of unhappiness with our jobs from a 1 through a 10.
10 being the strongest.
Hopefully this number will go down for you throughout the session and we will grade again at the end.
Let's begin.
Start by taking a deep breath in and out.
Let's start tapping on the karate chop or the side of the hand.
Sometimes I don't feel happy with my job but I love and accept myself anyway.
Sometimes I feel like I should leave my job but no it's not the best option for me right now and I still love and accept myself anyway.
I know the job that I have is what I need right now and I love and accept myself anyway.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
Sometimes I don't like my job.
Side eye.
Sometimes things go wrong in my job and it doesn't feel good.
Under eye.
I don't want to feel that way.
Under nose.
I want to release those feelings.
Under mouth.
I know that right now I need my job.

I also know that my job is not all that bad.
Under your armpit.
It's just not necessarily what I want long term.
Top of the head.
I just want to release any negative feelings I have right now towards my job.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
It doesn't feel good to carry negativity towards my job.
Side eye.
I know it's what I need right now.
Under eye.
I don't want every little thing to annoy me at my job.
Under nose.
I don't want to have moments where I don't like my job.
Under mouth.
I want to appreciate my job and all that it gives me.

I don't want to carry heavy feelings regarding my job.
Under your armpit.
I want to release those feelings.

I want to feel better about my job.

What if I didn't go through so many periods of not liking my job?

What if I could more easily access gratitude regarding my job?

What if I was closer to positive feelings towards my job?

What if I didn't always have to carry negativity towards my job?

What if I felt more like my job was a choice?

Instead of just feeling stuck.
Under your armpit.
What if it was easy to feel unstuck and ready for anything?

What if it was easier to feel good about my job?

I like my job.

I may not always love my job and that's okay.

I'm okay with being at my job right now.

My job provides me with what I need right now.

I know I might not want to be there forever.

And that's okay.

Right now I can still feel good about my job.

I am good with where I'm at in my job right now.
Take a deep breath in and out.

I feel safe with my job.

I know sometimes I've been told safe isn't good to feel with your job.

For right now I like feeling safe.
Under nose.
Especially while I'm figuring out other things I may want to do.
Under mouth.
It's okay that right now my job makes me feel safe.

It doesn't matter what anyone else says to me.
Under your armpit.
I am still empowered to be able to do whatever I want in my life.
Top of the head.
I can feel safe in my job and still know that the options for me are endless.

Right now I'm okay with staying at my job.

I am making the choice to stay with my job.
Under eye.
Regardless of if I'm staying with my job or not I still have all the possibilities in the world.

Right now it feels good to be at my job.

My job is what I need right now.

I am grateful for the job I have right now.

I am grateful for my income from my job right now.

I feel grateful to have my job right now.
