Welcome to your Finding Your Soul's Purpose EFU Tapping Meditation.
This meditation is for you if you're having trouble finding your soul's purpose or maybe you know and you feel that it's hard for you to step into and take full ownership of the fact that this is what you were brought here for.
We're going to release anything stopping us from stepping into your soul's purpose but also step more into the energy of following the things that we truly love in our lives.
The things that we're truly called to and the more that we do this the more we begin to step into our soul's purpose.
Maybe even finding out that your soul's purpose is less of a destination and more of a journey.
You can go ahead and get comfortable with EFU tapping.
I'm going to tell you where to tap and you can either say the words aloud or just feel the words that I say.
And before we begin you can go ahead and just grade how good you feel about your soul's purpose from a one through ten.
Ten being and feeling that you have the least amount of purpose right now.
You're going to regrade at the end of the meditation to see how much of a charge we released from this issue.
Let's get started.
Start tapping on the side of your hand.
Sometimes I feel like I'm not sure what my soul's purpose is but I love and accept myself anyway.
Sometimes I feel like even if I knew what my soul's purpose was I don't know how I'd become that person but I love and accept myself anyway.
I know I can get to a place where I can fully step into my soul's purpose and I love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
Sometimes I don't know why I'm here.
Side eye.
Sometimes I don't know what I'm doing.
Under eye.
Sometimes I have no clue what my purpose is.
Under nose and that doesn't always feel good for me.
Under mouth.
Sometimes it just makes me feel lost.
Collarbone.
I want to release all of those feelings.
Under your armpit.
I don't like feeling lost.
Top of the head.
I don't like not knowing why I'm here.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I don't want to carry all these negative feelings anymore.
Side eye.
Even if I don't know my purpose I want to feel okay about that.
Under eye.
I don't want to feel bad about it all the time.
Under nose.
Or like I have to know what my purpose is right now.
Under mouth.
I want to feel more aligned with everything.
Collarbone.
And less desperate at times.
Under your armpit.
I want to release these desperate feelings.
Top of the head.
I want to feel better with where I am right now.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
What if what I was doing was leading me to my soul's purpose?
Side eye.
What if I was already living my soul's purpose but had all this stuck energy that wasn't allowing me to feel that way?
Under eye.
What if every time I was listening to myself?
Under nose.
And the things that I wanted to do.
Under mouth.
My true thoughts.
Collarbone.
I was getting closer to my purpose for being here.
Under your armpit.
I was getting closer to my soul's purpose.
Top of the head.
What if all of that was helping me to step into the person that I was meant to be?
Take a deep breath in.
And out.
Eyebrow.
I know that everything I do leads me to my soul's purpose.
Side eye.
As long as I always follow my heart.
Under eye.
And my intuition.
Under nose.
I am always moving towards my soul's purpose.
Under mouth.
Sometimes it's less important to have a label on what I'm doing.
Collarbone.
And more important to know that I am living in my truth.
Under your armpit.
Living in my truth will always lead me to where I'm supposed to be.
Top of the head.
I'm always moving towards where I'm supposed to be.
Take a deep breath in.
And out.
Eyebrow.
Maybe I have some things that I know on a soul level.
Side eye.
That I'm supposed to be doing more of.
Under eye.
That I'm supposed to be doing more of.
Under nose.
And I'm going to make a more conscious effort to do those things.
Under mouth.
And step into those roles that I know I'm supposed to be in.
Collarbone.
I deserve to do the things that make me feel good.
Under your armpit.
And I deserve to do the things that help me to feel aligned.
Top of the head.
I deserve to feel good.
Take a deep breath in.
And out.
Eyebrow.
Maybe I don't know the one thing that's my soul's purpose right now.
Side eye.
Because maybe I have many things that are part of my soul's purpose.
Under eye.
And maybe it'll take me my lifetime to step into all of them.
Under nose.
Or maybe even my lifetime to step into just one of them.
Under mouth.
And that's okay.
Collarbone.
I just know that the more I move towards the things that make me feel good.
Under your armpit.
And the things that deep down feel so fulfilling.
Top of the head.
I know I will find my soul's purpose because it's more than just one thing.
It's a combination of everything I do in my life.
Take a deep breath in.
And out.
