Welcome to your Finding the Good EFT Tapping Meditation.
During this meditation,
We're going to focus on empowering ourselves to always find the good in things we feel that we want or need to.
We can acknowledge the bad and the negative,
But we don't always need to let that sit with us and dictate our day or our mood.
Everything in life is not always good,
But everything in life is not always bad.
I want you to first think about something that maybe you feel you want to find the good in,
That maybe you feel super negative about,
And on a scale of one through ten,
Grade how you feel just thinking about that.
Then being the strongest.
During this session,
I'm going to tell you where to tap so you can get comfortable however that works best for you.
And let's begin.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Now start tapping on the side of your hand.
I know sometimes it's hard to find the good,
But I love and accept myself anyway.
Sometimes when something bad happens,
That's all I can focus on,
But I love and accept myself anyway.
I know I can find the good when I want and need to,
And I love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
All the pain.
Side eye,
All the heaviness.
Under eye,
All the unhappy feelings I carry with me.
Under nose,
I want to release them.
Under mouth,
I know that everything can't be all good all the time.
But I want to be able to see the good in things when I want to.
Under your armpit,
I want to be able to find some good when I need to.
Top of the head.
Sometimes I feel like I only see the bad in everything.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
I only focus on the negative.
Side eye,
Sometimes I feel like I only focus on the things that just make me feel worse.
Under eye,
I want to release that.
Under nose,
I know I don't need to always focus on the bad.
Under mouth,
But sometimes I can't help it.
Under your armpit,
It doesn't feel good always focusing on the bad.
Top of the head.
I don't like who I am when I only focus on the negative in a situation.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
What if I could easily see the positive in a situation?
Side eye,
What if I could acknowledge that a situation wasn't great?
Under eye,
But I could also see some amount of good in that situation.
Under nose,
And I didn't always just get sucked into the negative.
Under mouth,
What if I could see the good and the bad?
Side bow,
And then after seeing both sides,
I could decide how I wanted to feel about it.
Under your armpit,
What if I didn't have to automatically go to the side of feeling negative or bad?
Top of the head,
What if I could just feel good if I wanted to?
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
I know I can still feel good in a bad situation.
Side eye,
I can acknowledge a situation is bad.
Under eye,
And still see the good when I want to.
Under nose,
Or when I feel like I need to.
Under mouth,
Instead of always just feeling bad.
Collarbone,
And then allowing everything else in my day to feel bad.
Under your armpit,
I have the power to feel how I want to.
Top of the head,
I have the power to feel good if I want to.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
I know that if a bad situation feels bad to me,
I'm allowed to feel bad.
Side eye,
But I'm also allowed to see the good if I want to.
Under eye,
And not just get sucked in by the bad or the negative of a situation.
Under nose,
Feeling bad or negative doesn't serve me.
Under mouth,
I know that most of the time there is still good that can be found in a bad situation.
Collarbone,
And I'm allowed to see that.
Under your armpit,
I'm allowed to feel good in the face of something bad if I want to.
Top of the head,
I don't always have to let my mood suffer.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
I know I can see the good in anything if I want to.
Side eye,
I don't always have to feel bad or negative just because something bad happens.
Under eye,
I can acknowledge that it's a bad situation.
Under nose,
And still see the good in it.
Under mouth,
I'm allowed to see the good in things.
Collarbone,
I also don't need to let others tell me how I should feel about something.
Under your armpit,
I decide how I feel.
Top of the head,
And I know I can see the good in whatever situation I want to.

You can go ahead and regrade yourself from a one through a 10 on the issue that you created at the beginning of this meditation,
And hopefully you feel a little lighter and a little more able to see the good in a situation that maybe you just felt really bad and negative about because you are allowed to feel good and see the good in a situation even if it's bad.
