Here comes the sun, Receiving nourishment. Beneath all illusion is a stream of pure goodness. Let's dive in and taste. Again we begin where we are at. What are you experiencing right now in your internal or external world? Maybe the weather is gray and rainy or stormy. Maybe there is emotional turmoil or you feel pleasant and calm. Just check in with yourself and acknowledge what's here. And then bring your awareness to your environment. Notice what's good and alive around you. Maybe it's a tree or your cat is purring. The warmth of a candlelight. What do you experience? What do you feel as you receive the goodness? Maybe it's a little warmth in your heart or in your belly. Allow yourself to revel in this one taste. Allow yourself to steep into this moment of aliveness and let it fill you. What emerges for you? Maybe it's pleasure or joy. Just revel in it. And turn to a friend, An animal or a person. What is the quality of your friend? Something good about them. Let yourself feel that. Notice how your body feels when you are making contact with what's good. And then turn your gaze to yourself. What is it that you appreciate about yourself? One quality or one act you have taken today you felt was truly good. Something really simple. Notice what's it like to just appreciate yourself for this one quality or this one act. Feel that. Take it in. Receive the appreciation for yourself. How does your heart feel right now? Warmer? Lighter? And let the sun rise in your own heart and radiate out into the whole landscape. Touching everything with warmth and goodness.
